So now, some dumbass lawmakers in Arizona have proposed a law that will make state officials independently verify the accuracy of newly required documents affirming the constitutional eligibility of any candidate for the U.S. presidency.

“Certainly, there has been controversy over President Obama and his birth certificate, where he was born, etc.,” state Sen. Sylvia Allen, R-Snowflake, told the Arizona Capitol Times. “It just makes sense and will stop any controversy in the future to just show you are a natural born citizen.”
Sylvia from Snowflake is one of about three dozen lawmakers to sign on as co-sponsors. (Eye roll).

Obama has shown his birth certificate. The Certification of Live Birth is the official birth certificate of Hawaii, and it is accepted as proof of birth in the USA by the branches of the US military and the US State Department.

Is this a serious remark? If so, dual citizenship does not affect Natural Born Citizen status since Natural Born Citizen means “born in the country.” Being a dual citizen cannot change the fact that someone was born in the country any more than a foreign law can make someone who is Ohio-born into someone who is not Ohio-born.

If it is true that you had to be an Indonesian citizen to attend public school in Indonesia, and the Indonesia government denies that (call the embassy and ask), then the way to attend any school was simply to lie about it and bribe the officials. That works well in corrupt state, and Indonesia was both corrupt and inefficient at the time. The idea that it actually enforced laws barring foreigners from attending schools (IF indeed there were such laws) is laughable. And, in any case, both the Indonesian government and the US State Department have said that Obama was never a citizen of Indonesia.

The witness that he mentions, has been proven to be false. Dr Rodney West, the one that they claim delivered Obama, retired in 1956. Dr West was also alive when Obama started running for the Presidency and never confirmed that he delivered Barack Hussein Obama. I debunked that story in mere hours.
The US State Department is NOT the authority on any foreign adoption, including Lolo Soetoro’s adoption of Barack Obama in Indonesia.
If the person in the White House is Barry Soetoro, then the Indonesian school registration is proof of Indonesian citizenship, and not American, again, disqualifing Obama. Not only that, but the COLB produced is for another individual Barack Obama. However Barach Obama has stated that he has NO other name, or gone by any other name.
If Obama did go by Barry Soetoro, then he is also guilty of re-entering the US and not going through the US Customs and Naturalization process. Thereby again becoming a “Naturalized” citizen, and again in no way can be “Natural Born”.

Four US Supreme Court cases all reference Vattel and a Natural Born citizen is being born of parents who are citizens. Barack Hussein Obama has a foreign father.

The witness is not Dr. West, nor did Dr West have to deliver the child for this to be true. All that had to be true is that a doctor at the hospital told Dr. West, and old colleague, that a woman named Stanley had given birth that day. Dr West told the teacher, and the teacher wrote her father, also named Stanley, about it. This is believable. It confirms the statements by the two officials that Obama was born in Hawaii, and the official birth certificate itself, and the notices in the newspapers and the fact that there is no evidence that Obamaa was born anywhere else than Hawaii.

An adoption in Indonesia requires action by a district court. There is no document showing that this took place. In addition, the US State Department have said that Obama was never adopted. There is no evidence that he was adopted and an official authority says that he was never adopted.

Vattel, a monarchist, never recommended elections. Vattel recommended that every country should have a state religion. The words “Natural Born” were not used in a translation of Vattel until after the Constitution. Vattel does not recommend that leaders of the country should be even citizens, much less citizens with two citizen parents. The common meaning of Natural Born in America at the time, used in dozens of articles and books, was always “born in the country” and never “born in the country to two citizen parents.”
Yale Law Review wrote: “It is well settled that “native-born” citizens, those born in the United States, qualify as natural born. ”
Such prominent conservative Senators who are also lawyers as Orren Hatch and Lindsay Graham say that a Natural Born Citizen is simply one who was born in the USA:

Obama has not fought to hide anything. NOT one lawsuit against him was just for the birth certificate or just for documents. All the lawsuits before the election (by far most of them) were to stop the election. Most of the lawsuits after the election were to stop the Electoral College from voting, the certification of the election or the Inauguration. There is not one that is just for documents.
