Orly Taitz sets the record straight

On July 7th, I posted that attorney Gary Kreep was dealing with serious health issues, adding that Gary is representing Alan Keyes in his lawsuit against Barack Obama, also challenging his Constitutional eligibility to hold the office of president.

I emailed Attorney Orly Taitz with the news. Dr. Taitz, who has been a frequent guest on my radio program, wrote back:

“I am sorry about his health. Regarding the legal action: Gary represents only 2 plaintiffs: Markham Robinson and Wiley Drake. I represent 40 other plaintiffs, including Ambassador Keyes.”

This evening, she sent this along for further edification. I appreciate Orly’s attention to the matter. She has been indefatigable in her pursuit of the truth with regard to Obama’s Constitutional eligibility and the dereliction of duty by the secretaries of the various states and Congress and the judiciary in not certifying Obama’s citizenship prior to receiving the Democratic nomination and subsequent election to the presidency. Orly’s tireless determination to keep our country out of the clutches of a Marxist president is an inspiration to all who love this country.

Here is the docket, shows that I represent Keyes, Barnett and 40 others, Kreep represents only 2: Drake and Robinson. This went to the associate justice Clarence Thomas at the Supreme Court. Copies were sent to the United Nations Civil Rights Defendors Commission and International Criminal Bar Panel in Hague. I am trying to alert world community to flagrant violations of civil rights in US.

I’ve personally met several of the plaintiffs; and, of course, worked to get Dr. Keyes on the presidential ballot. They are all great Americans.

Dr. Taitz is perhaps the perfect attoney for this case, because she is an immigrant from Russia. She understands first-hand what can happen to a country when corruption is allowed to go unconfronted.

To her, I would say, “Dai Bozhe zdaroviya.”

(Perhaps Obama considers her “vrag naroda”. If so, she should wear the title proudly. A good friend of mine, a Russian priest, gave me that title when Bill Clinton was still in the White House.)

It seems to me that one tactic would be to challenge the defendants’ right to be represented by PUBLIC attorneys. Given that the case itself is about Constitutional eligibility, how can Obama and company use the official services of United States Attorneys for their defense? Would not the attorneys be under a CONFLICT OF INTEREST? Their continued employment depends upon Obama being eligible. Thus, they have incentive to support the concept, even if it is not true.

That should be enough to get them kicked off the case.

Orly Taitz has worked tirelessly on this case and I do believe with all my heart that she is not the dumb blonde that a lot of people are trying to make her out to be. There have been many others trying to undermine everything she has been trying to do and they have all failed.
I also believe with all my heart that she will win this case for all she is representing and that includes every citizen of this country. It might not be while Obama is in office but it will be proven that he was not eligible to hold this office.
Obama and the democratic party have purposely surrounded him by cronies, elected and appointed to protect this cover up and I think you have to be pretty blind not to see it. There is no other possible explanation for every record and document to be sealed. No other president in the history of our country has done this. I do not know what Obama’s definition of transparency can possibly mean. He is too secretive for me and I do not trust him.
I pray that the good Lord leads Orly Taitz and protects her from any harm and that He blesses her with the best of health.

Poor little Birthers (still in denial about their losses), but the Judge will continue to smack down the crazies . To all the birthers in La, La Land, it is on you to prove to all of us that your assertion is true (TOUGH WHEN YOU KEEP LOSING CASES), if there are people who were there and support your position then show us the video (everyone has a price), either put up or frankly shut-up. I heard Orly Taitz, is selling a tape (I think it’s called “Money, Lies and Video tape”). She is from Orange County, CA, now I know what the mean when they say “behind the Orange Curtain”, when they talk about Orange County, the captial of Conspiracy Theories. You know Obama has a passport, he travel abroad before he was a Senator, but I guess they were in on it.

In my opinion the Republican Party has been taken over the most extreme of clans; the Baggers, Birthers and Blowhards (people who love to push their beliefs on others while trying to take away the rights of those they just hate) and that’s who they need to extract from their party if they real want to win in November. Good Luck, because as they said in WACO, “We Ain’t Coming Out”.

I wonder if Orly Taitz, is a mail order bride, just like her law degree? She is perfect reporter material for “Fake News”, where unfounded rumors and innuendo reign supreme, unlike a our US courts of law. The way our courts work is that you get a competent lawyer, verifiable facts and present them to a judge, if the facts are real and not half baked lies, then, and only then, you proceed to trial. The Birthers seem to be having a problem with their so called facts that they present. Let’s face it no one will go along with you until you guys win a case, but until then, you will continue to appear dumb, crazy or racist, or maybe all three. A lawyer, dentist, realtor and black belt, WOW I must say a JACK of all trades master of none.

I heard that Orly Taitz, now wants to investigate the “Republican 2009 Summer of Love” list: Assemblyman, Michael D. Duvall (CA), Senator John Ensign (NV), Senator Paul Stanley (TN), Governor Mark Stanford (SC), Board of Ed Chair, and Kristin Maguire AKA Bridget Keeney (SC), she wants to re-establish a family values party, good luck with that.

We won the election and now these sore losers will continue to spew their hate with lies.

Some folks need a reminder of just how loony the Left really is, and just how much they HATE pesky things such as FACTS. Preston (hereinafter “Joe D. Liberal”) is a classic example.

They’ll do ANYthing to try to divert attention away from the issue of Obama’s ineligibility. For example:

1. Outright LYING — by saying that the burden of proof is upon “the Birthers” to prove our accusations. In reality, the burden is upon the candidate to prove that he meets the eligiblity requirements of the Constitution. In a parallel example, that would be like Joe D. Liberal going to the DMV and refusing to show his birth certificate, claiming that the burden is upon the state to prove that he is NOT old enough for a driver’s license.

2. Personal attacks. Joe D. Liberal has absolutely no PROOF of any of his snide remarks about Dr. Taitz, but throws a big load of s— in her direction, in the hope that at least some of it will stick.

3. Diverting the subject. The sex lives of those wayward RINOs has absolutely NOTHING to do with the citizenship issue. But, if Joe D. Liberal squeals loud enough over some meaningless tripe, then perhaps it will distract some people from their goal of discovering the TRUTH.

Thank you for posting this entire pack of lies and coverups! I had forgotten so much and how involved all of the current crims were involved in this fraud! It was obvious to most people, and once we saw the original birth certificate from Kenya and the Hawaiian cut and paste job, WOW, we were all so angry! I thought he would NOT get away with it. We never heard a word of TRUTH from any of these anarchists! Now is the perfect time to air out all of this dirty paperwork again! The pair of them must be thinking this is way too far back to come up again…. never say never and always avoid always??? Because we are now in a battle of Good vs. Evil, I am not certain this amazing fraud that fathered so many frauds after…. I cannot imagine it just being put to sleep without another examination… maybe this time, a true Autopsy. so… ‘Where’s the laptop’ can turn to “WHERE’S THE MONEY???”
