Congresswoman Michele Bachmann went “On the Record” with Greta Van Susteren last night to explain how, unbeknownst to many Americans and members of Congress, $105 billion is already appropriated to funding ObamaCare through FY2019.

Michele Bachmann The House has been struggling to save taxpayers $100 billion but now we learn $105 billion was appropriated to fund ObamaCare through FY2019 when the law passed last year. Unless Congress specifically rescinds this funding the Health and Human Services Secretary will be able to spend that money whether we like it or not! “I read the bill end to end after the nit wits claimed outrageous parts and made citations as to where to find them. What I found, was clear misinterpretations of single sentences or phrases where a full reading of the cited sections clearly did not say what was claimed. I then took time to read the entire thing, because I have read and enforced such legislative acts in my career, and had no problem with the tedious work ahead. Nowhere in the bill did I find any provision for any appropriation. $0 dollars. The only way the money could have been added was by amendment to the original bill. Can anyone find any amendments to the Health Care bill? Where is the citation of the part of the bill that substantiates the mad women from Minnesota’s claim ? Then we could all read where the legislative fraud is located other than the fraud Bachmann commits every time she opens here mouth. ”

The bill in its entirety has been ruled illegal and it is unconstitutional. Congressamn Boehner and the House Republicans simply need to DEFUND the bill in its ENTIRETY!!!!

Because Obamacare will be declared unconstitutional, spending this will be worse than useless. It could complicate the situation when it is declared unconstitutional.
In any case, we must make any budget resolution conditional on defunding this monstrosity.
