A new editor for Breitbart.com, reorganized quickly after the sudden death March 1 of founder and conservative activist Andrew Breitbart, says the issue of Barack Obama’s eligibility simply doesn’t matter.
“To my knowledge, there’s no evidence. I just don’t believe it,” Ben Shapiro, newly named editor-at-large for Breitbart.com, told Mark Gillar during an interview on his BlogTalkRadio program.
This guy just trashed Breibart’s legacy
He’s looking at reality, and he’s flinching from the implications. Whatever his reasons be, cowardice is the same as acquiescence which is the same as collaboration. Unfortunately, Ben Shapiro has joined the ranks of the reptiles.
I met Andrew Breitbart several times in Nashville, TN at the National Tea Party Convention. He and Joseph Farah of WND got into a heated public argument over the issue of Obama’s birth certificate. Breitbart did not want to pursue anything associated with the eligibility of Obama based on his citizenship.
This was his opinion and at no time did he pursue the “birther” issue. Ben Shapiro is following in his footsteps on this issue. This opinion did not lessen Breitbart’s work in any fashion and I believe that his legacy will not be diminished for one view. Mr. Shapiro did not trash his legacy and time will tell if he will continue to expose the administration and big government.

Fair enough. But we are also told that AB spoke with both Dr. Jerry Corsi and Sheriff Joe Arpaio a few hours before his death. Don’t you think AB knew what the report was going to reveal? And what makes you think he wasn’t going to dovetail the Cold Case Posse’s indisputable discoveries with his own evidence with which he was planning to “vet” Obama? You can’t say he wasn’t going to anymore than I can say he was.
The eligibility issue is the long pole in the tent, David. Knock it down and the rest of this corrupt communist regime comes down with it. I believe AB knew it and perhaps understood that though it was an “unwinnable issue” two or three years ago, the issue has now ripened, and was willing to advance it forward — especially with such a critical election coming up.
But we’ll never know for sure, will we? And Shapiro won’t pursue it. I call bullshit on it.
I believe that Obama is not eligible to be President. I also believe that this has not been pursued out of fear of a civil war. We either live by the Constitution and the rule of law or we live in fear.
I pray that restoration will not include severe retribution on the traitors in Washington but that is now in God’s hands. Have you read “The Harbinger”?

1. A New Jersey representative told a group of sixty people in Washington, DC at the Michele Bachmann healthcare rally that everyone in Congress knows that Obama is not eligible to be president. There was nothing that could be done because the Democrats were in charge of the House.

2. A North Carolina representative has stated that the GOP in Washington is laying low for fear of making a mistake that will get Obama reelected. If he gets reelected, the country is lost.
If Obama gets reelected the country is lost. If Congress is cowering in fear now, who will uphold the Constitution? It took two years to get healthcare to the Supreme Court. This legislation is unConstitutional and every Congressman knows it.
Without the rule of law, there is no Constitution.
