Rybicki failed to mention the 6 memos he had stored in his reception area and office. Rybicki also claimed he wasn’t aware of the signed copies in Comey’s personal safe.
While the SSA’s were doing this, Bowdich and Comey went off into another part of the residence. The SSA’s had only been authorized to search the SCIF, not anywhere else, and the reason would have been Bowdich’s true purpose for his presence.“
