Brings back so many memories, children today don’t have, that is sad.
Yes, it is very sad that some children do not have the idyllic image of the “Leave it To Beaver” life. Yet, isnt it up to US as parents to CREATE that life where we spend quiet times together, organize a street stickball game to SHOW them how to pass these valuable traditions/values on? It’s up to us, no one else…
Thanks a lot Andrea..now I am bawling. I always miss my mom on Sundays and now even more nostalgic. I am grateful that I have memories of those good old days. Aren’t we blessed that we lived back then?
