My fellow Americans, over the course of the next several days you will undoubtedly realize that we are taking back our great country (the land of the free) from the evil tyrants that wish to do us harm and destroy the last remaining refuge of shining light. On POTUS’ order, we have initiated certain fail-safes that shall safeguard the public from the primary fallout which is slated to occur 11.3 upon the arrest announcement of Mr. Podesta (actionable 11.4). Confirmation (to the public) of what is occurring will then be revealed and will not be openly accepted. Public riots are being organized in serious numbers in an effort to prevent the arrest and capture of more senior public officials. On POTUS’ order, a state of temporary military control will be actioned and special ops carried out.
11.4 LEGAL POSITION OF THE OCCUPYING POWER
Military occupation of enemy territory involves a complicated, trilateral set of legal relations between the Occupying Power, the temporarily ousted sovereign authority, and the inhabitants of occupied territory.92 The fact of occupation gives the Occupying Power the right to govern enemy territory temporarily, but does not transfer sovereignty over occupied territory to the Occupying Power.
11.4.1 Right of the Occupying Power to Govern the Enemy Territory Temporarily. The right to govern the territory of the enemy during its military occupation is one of the incidents of war.93 By the fact of occupation (i.e., the Occupying Power’s established power over occupied territory), the Occupying Power is conferred the authority to exercise some of the rights of sovereignty.
11.4.2 Limitations on the Power of the Occupying Power Stemming From Its Lack of Sovereignty Over Occupied Territory. Belligerent occupation in a foreign war, being based upon the possession of enemy territory, necessarily implies that the sovereignty of the occupied territory is not vested in the Occupying Power.96 Occupation is essentially provisional
Because sovereignty is not vested in the Occupying Power, the fact of military occupation does not authorize the Occupying Power to take certain actions. For example, the Occupying Power is not authorized by the fact of belligerent occupation to annex occupied territory or to create a new State.98 In addition, the Occupying Power may not compel the
inhabitants of occupied territory to become its nationals or otherwise to swear allegiance to it. Similarly, in view of the provisional nature of belligerent occupation, the authority of the Occupying Power under occupation law has been interpreted as being subject to limitations on the ability of the Occupying Power to alter institutions of government permanently or change the constitution of a country.

I thought nothing could stop what was coming? Where are they starting the clock from? Is this another 5 year plan like the old Soviets?

What kind of dealing is going on behind the scenes? All this info is the stuff of dealing is it not? Perhaps, the only things that have happened have been the things worked out in deals. Things like burying Weinner’s lap top, Hunter’s lap top, certain FISA info, redactions maintained in exchange for not releasing other info, and so on, and so on.
The Art of the Deal meets the Art of the Steal. Color me cynical but you only drag things out to hide them or release them much later by parcel and piecemeal. Look at the Venona Documents. How long did theArmy sit on those documents while Dump-O-Craps and Repub-O-Craps vilified Joe McCarthy, knowing he was correct. That is now old news, water over the dam, let it go. Be like Elza in Disney’s Frozen.

Hear hear. I thought I was the only one was not drinking the Trump is a Genius Trust The Plan Kool-Aid. I love Trump something fierce, but we were beaten, our country was stolen and I don’t think we’re ever taking it back without passing through Lexington and Concord again. The Military is just another arm of the Deep State arrayed against us, and certainly not our savior.
