After enjoying several hours of rest, I woke up this morning ready for battle. I also remembered that I left Joy Reid off the list of those attacking me and trying to take me out of the legal arena. I apologize to Ms. Reid as I know it likely means a great deal to her and the enemy to be recognized as one of my false accusers. My bad! I have now corrected my mistake.
Today will be a great day to reveal more truth so please stay tuned for updates! More truth is coming your way!
I want you to know, and I want ALL of the GA lawyers and lawyers across the nation to know, that I wanted to retire last year so I could easily just roll over and surrender my law license and avoid the nonsense of the battles being waged against me to steal my law license.
But that would be a preference. I try my imperfect best to be a man of principle, not a man of preference. So I will fight back. Not so much for myself, but for ALL the lawyers who could (and will) have their law licenses wrongfully threatened by the enemy and for ALL of the people who need legal help and have the Constitutional right to counsel of their choice.
I am going to fight back aggressively. The principles are too important to do otherwise. The rule of law and the practice of law must remain nonpartisan. The political agenda of the enemy must never be allowed to alter truth and deny justice.

Sorry for the downpour of TRUTH today but I know you love TRUTH as much as I do. So below is the TRUTH of the errant nonsense filed against me and all of the lawyers who were involved in redressing grievances in court in connection with the fraudulent November 3, 2020 election in Arizona.
I never even sought pro hac status in the Arizona case yet they want to drag me to Arizona to punish me because my name appeared on the complaint. My colleague, Sidney Powell, a lawyer of great integrity and courage, listed my name only in the event she might need a trial lawyer later in the case. I had no other involvement in the case as it was wrongfully dismissed before my trial experience was necessary.
The truth is that this action by the State Bar of Arizona Grievance Committee is an example of Communism at its worst.
We will fight back. We must. We have no other choice.
