☝️☝️☝️Its not “likely” that Maxwell’s trial for perjury will go forward. It’s absolutely certain it will go forward. The judge is already saying there will be a perjury trial. What Judge Alison Nathan did is that she asked the prosecution and the defense to submit to her a proposed schedule for this coming perjury trial.
