There are actually several songs, from groups that teeter-totter. The one’s that mention 16 or 17 don’t bother me as much as mentioning under those ages.
The age of consent is 17 in many areas. But Seger’s song is fairly blatant.

Saget wrote, directed, and starred in Farce of the Penguins, a parody of 2005’s March of the Penguins, which was released direct-to-DVD, in January 2007.. Saget appeared in the Broadway musical The Drowsy Chaperone for a limited four-month engagement. He played “Man in Chair” while Jonathan Crombie, who normally played the character on Broadway, was with the national tour of the musical.
The Full House star was found dead on Sunday in his hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando, Florida. The night prior, he performed at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, located outside of Jacksonville. (The series of comedy shows, which kicked off last Friday, were scheduled through the spring.)

I struggled with which person the comment meant, due to spelling. Thanks for the clarity. But, am personally glad it was not Seger.
Yes-Bob Saget: Seeger is a singer & not the same. If Saget had his booster in December….natural causes all right.
Not to beat a dead horse, but The singer Bob Seger, spells his name with one e.
There is a singer who spells it with 2, it is Pete Seeger, and they are not related.
But, I now realize the person of intent was Saget.
I realize we have so much more important things to worry about, than for me to argue over spelling. Especially since I am the queen of Grammar and spelling mishaps. Please forgive me. And I feel sad for the death of Mr Saget.
