    1. We’ll have to disagree. I worked for NASA at Kennedy Space Center and knew many of the men who worked on the Apollo moon project. They were engineers, project managers, systems guys, et al. They were the giants of the space program who dedicated their lives to getting us up there. They are my neighbors in Cocoa Beach, Titusville, and Cape Canaveral, though many have already passed away. I can tell you for certain that America went to the moon and came back again safely. Please don’t believe the cockeyed stuff that some folks put out there.

      1. Agree…I knew quite a few engineers who worked on the Apollo program and they could not have made up those stories. They accomplished so much. Shuttle program too, until Obama came & destroyed it like he did everything else.

    2. Until the traitor Obama put his hands on our Space Program, NASA was dedicated to “the Right Stuff.”

I was in launch control when we watched the Challenger shuttle blow up (read my account of that day. Search: Challenger
      “Obviously a Major Malfunction”

The engineers in that launch control center were seasoned professionals who also knew that we did indeed put men on the moon. Many of them were related to those who put them there.

  1. It was an extremely bright, clear day in Stuart, Florida. I was driving north on US 1 when most vehicles were pulling to the side of the road and getting out of them, looking north. I did the same. There were actually cheers when we saw the Challenger rocket take off.

Then, in disbelief, there was a flash and the rocket exhaust trail divided into a ‘Y’. Most of us standing next to our cars gasped, knowing something wasn’t right.

That’s an image I’ll never forget.
