‘America is going to hell’: Donald Trump slams Biden presidency
Former US President Donald Trump says America is “going to hell” and the nation has “never been so disrespected” as it currently is under the stewardship of Joe Biden.
“I love our country – our country is going to hell,” Mr Trump told Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan.
Mr Trump discussed the state of the nation and the big issues being faced under President Biden.
“Our country is a mess,” Mr Trump said.
“Our country has never been so disrespected, our borders have never been so open.
“We’ve never had in 44 years inflation like we have.”
When questioned if he would run for the presidency in 2024, Mr Trump remained coy with his answer.
“For reasons of campaign finance and everything, I’m not allowed to say,” Mr Trump said.
“But let me just say this, I think a lot of people are going to be very happy.”
