18 Major Airlines, FAA, and DOT to Be Sued Over COVID Vaccine Mandates John Pierce Law has filed a lawsuit against Atlas Air, on behalf of US Freedom Flyers (USFF) and Atlas employees, and plans to sue all major airlines, plus the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Department of Transportation (DOT). “Fundamentally, this case is about whether Americans should be required to choose between their livelihoods and being coerced into taking an experimental, dangerous medical treatment.” The lawsuit against Atlas Air was filed in federal court in the Southern District of Florida, with over 100 plaintiffs pursuing litigation.

That is what forcing an experimental jab does. They didn’t care what chemicals they forced into their employees, what side effects could occur, they just wanted compliance. Every government/military official, business, school or person who mandated this poison should be charged with Nuremberg violations. Especially schools that forced children. They are not Dr’s, yet they forced a medical procedure they knew nothing about, risked not only the health but lives of perfectly healthy people. Total disregard for human rights.
As an airline pilot you are 95% correct. There are also slowdowns going on due to company’s not negotiating with pilots on new contracts.
I know two pilots who are grounded due to heart issues post vax. It’s the only two pilots I’ve ever known. Crazy odds.
Of course it is. Oh, Lord, what is to befall those whom we love with all our heart but who were forced to be vaxed either to keep jobs or scholarships–not realizing how destructive in so many ways the vaxes have proven to be and WILL prove to be. 😭
All these pilots are call in sick…..They know they don’t feel well…..The don’t want to pass out while in flight……If you are flying, beware the pilots – all have to have the shots to work – so you all are at risk…….look at the reports by the pilots…..
There’s currently a shortage of pilots. The US needs to fill 1,200 pilot positions. Should’ve kept those unvaxed pilots they fired The vaxed flight crews are fading fast.

I am a pure-blooded former Air Force pilot. I have 2500+ total flight time but have been out of professional aviation for almost 20 years raising my kids. Was making a plan to return to flying for pay when Covid hit. So thankful I was not beholden to anyone to get the jab to keep a job. Now I see a niche: someone please start an airline with only UNV@XX’D pilots, no risk of your pilot having a cardiac event mid-flight. I’m currently back in the books and doing a little GA (general aviation) flying to get back in the saddle. I want to work, but only for a company that respects my freedom from medical tyranny and cares about passenger (and employee!) health and safety. No v@xx. No masks. Freedom Airlines? Who’s got some start-up cash? I want to fly! Elon?
