I used to be on Telegram, but got kicked out or blocked due to an “Internal Server issue” and still have NOT been able to get access after 1 year. It is supposed to be a Russian based platform, but somehow it seems to have technical issues. DO you know anybody who can get thru? I’ve tried everything. Telegram.org and web.telegram.org does NOT respond.

Have you tried deleting your Telegram App and reinstalling a new one?
They aren’t on there yet, I just checked
