What actually happened: Tyler and his lawyer had just learned that his security vehicle (which transported him to the court) was involved in a fender bender. I am told the grinning was the two of them musing “what are the chances this has happened again?!” because during his last trip to the court, the very same thing happened with his security vehicle.
It shouldn’t require reporters to write fan-fiction to secure a conviction against Tyler Robinson. We just need to see some of that “overwhelming evidence” that the prosecution and TPUSA has been teasing.
I maintain that I believe Tyler Robinson WAS involved on 9/10— but I do not believe he pulled the trigger to kill Charlie, and I am therefore certain he could not have acted alone.
I GRAMA requested all the 911 calls from September 10th & Utah sent me 20 calls back. I was keenly interested in hearing this particular call. One problem: none of the calls were from the security team. Not only is there no record of this alleged call, but when you listen to Harpole & Frank Turek recount the hazardous hospital trip, you’ll realize that it’s extremely unlikely anyone in the SUV had the bandwidth or capability to even make a 911 call, which probably would have lasted 1-2 minutes MINIMUM (likely more).
Maybe it’s nothing. But it’s one of those small, yet significant details that just doesn’t seem to add up.
Did Utah lose the call?
Did Harpole mis-remember a 2-minute call that never happened?
Did he make the story up?
None of these is an attractive option. And btw, why didn’t anyone else from TPUSA call 911?

What if nobody actually called 911? What if nobody notified the hospital? What if it had turned out that Charlie’s life had hung in the balance over a few precious moments?
Given there was no way for any of them to know that it didn’t, I find this an egregious oversight. Watch this and let me know what you think and/or what I might have missed.
It’s obvious, isn’t it? Is someone manipulating/directing Erika Kirk?…she doesn’t appear to be the Erika Kirk we saw so many times with her husband Charlie Kirk and their children. Something very strange is going on…IMO.
