Board of Peace, chaired by Pres. Trump & its exec bodies will form a tiered intl. structure to oversee demilitarization, governance & reconstruction of Gaza
BoP will consist of world leaders, with 60 nations invited

▻ The Gaza Executive Board to direct reconstruction & regional coordination. Officials from US, Turkey, Qatar, Egypt & UAE will sit on the GEB
▪️Ex-Bulgarian Minister of Defense Nickolay Mladenov is to be High Representative for Gaza, the link between the intl. boards and administration in Gaza
▪️National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG): 15 Palestinian technocrats led by ex-PA minister Dr. Ali Sha’ath. The NCAG will govern public services in Gaza, (health, education, infrastructure) replacing Hamas govt.
Under the board’s draft charter, membership rules are:
Three-year term: • Every invited member can serve a term of up to three years without any financial contribution.
Permanent membership option:
• Countries can make a $1 billion cash contribution to the board’s funds within the first year of the charter coming into force. That contribution secures permanent membership, meaning the three-year limit no longer applies
The money collected from contributions is intended to help fund the board’s activities, including Gaza reconstruction, peace operations, and broader conflict-management work.
Can you imagine the symbolism of this. Netanyahu, who despises many members of the board, having no choice but to sit alongside them and pay $1 billion toward reconstructing what Israel itself destroyed. The amount is small relative to the scale of devastation, but the symbolism is enormous.
