This came to light–from none other than CNN. Smartmatic, the company that started in Venezuela, was paid almost $100 million to run the recall for Hugo Chavez, rife with fraud but rubber-stamped by the Carter Center. Smartmatic then bought Sequoia to enter the US market. pic.twitter.com/X4D6LRP9M4
