It was a cloudy day in Salt Lake City — cloudy with dust storms kicked up by winds ahead of a cold front that would be dumping sleet and snow not long after we departed. But that didn’t take away from the enthusiasm of Utah tea partiers who braved the breeze to join us on the Capitol Steps.
