I have always wanted to tour the president’s Library. Some years ago, I interviewed Duke Blackwood, director of the Reagan library in Simi Valley. That whetted my appetite. My friend Burt Boyar travels in the First Lady’s inner circle and has attended a good number of events — private and public — at the facility.
