. . . . .

In my Surfin’ Safari column this week (WorldNetDaily), I wrote about the FCC’s intention to control the Internet through the seemingly “fair” sounding “Net Neutrality”. The only thing “fair” about it is it will implement the “Fairness Doctrine” on broadcasting and the Internet all over again. It’s government control over cable and internet.
The FCC ignores Congress’ will, doing an end-run around our Legislative Branch’s authority in typical Obama Administration modus operandi.
Seton Motley, formerly of the Media Research Center and now head of Less Government, has been following this closely. He has a piece about it at today’s BIG Government news site. Tonight Seton joins us on The ANDREA SHEA KING SHOW to explain what the FCC’s move means to you and me and our 1st Amendment.
“Just this past Friday, we warned you that a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) December Internet power grab was probably coming. Well, we now know that it is – and it may be even worse than we thought.”
