If any terrorist was being questioned as to why he did, what he did, in relation to how it effects his wife and children,especially as his family is present, being tormented also,the ACLU would yell TORTURE. Col. Lakin’s wife and children were tormented with Col. Lakin. The crime is the (oath to) US Constitution. “Congress shall have power to enforce this article with appropriate legislation.” Well I guess that’s dereliction of duty.
