. . . . .

Despite the fact that the Supreme Court rejected for the second time a challenge to President Obama’s eligibility to serve as president because of the unsubstantiated claim that he was not born in the United States, several states are moving forward with legislation that will require presidential and vice-presidential candidates to prove their Constitutional eligibility.
The court did not comment Monday on its reasons, but it has turned away several similar appeals stretching back to shortly after Mr. Obama’s election in November 2008.
We’ve invited attorney Mario Apuzzo and lead plaintiff Charles Kerchner (Cmdr. USN, Ret.) to join us tonight for an update on the legal efforts to force Obama to present his records for public scrutiny.
And we’ll get an update on how Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is doing since being incarcerated for six months in Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary for refusing to deploy unless and until Obama produced proof of his eligibility to issue orders as Commander in Chief.
Don’t miss it.
