I’m not the only one…

. . . .

… who thinks the RINO GOP establishment is out to destroy Sarah Palin as much as the Left is.  Radio host Mark Levin went after the Republican “elites” during his radio program.  The issue of Sarah bashing by the snobs inside the beltway is being picked up by several radio hosts — Rush Limbaugh and myself included, opinion pieces like this one by Lloyd Marcus, and blogsites like The Daily Caller, which wrote:

Levin took issue with much of the common criticisms of Palin, particularly those concerning whether or not she can win the 2012 election and how she left her governorship post early, which is normal for presidential candidates, Levin says.

“So what is it? What’s the problem?” he said. “She’s solid on social issues. She’s solid on fiscal issues. She’s solid against these subsidies against big companies – in other words, she not a corporatist. She’s not a crony or a believer in that. She’s solid on taxes and spending. I’m just confused. She’s solid on Israel. She’s solid on the military. She’s solid with respect to our allies. Is there some big issue that’s disqualifying? What – because the liberals don’t like her?”

Here’s the bottom line:  the tea party movement has leverage over the establishment GOP. We the people, the tea party movement, have them where we want ’em.  We hold the cards, and the GOP RINOs know it.  Karl Rove, Krauthammer et al hate it.  And they’ll do as much to destroy Palin as the left will.  They are desperate and determined to get their RINO puppet candidate nominated.

We are just as determined to not let that happen again.

For more on it, here’s Rush…
