My daughter and four grandchildren are relocating from the Space Coast to a new home in Everett, Washington, where my son-in-law has taken a position with Boeing, working on the new Dreamliner aircraft. He was laid off from his job with NASA more than a year ago — thank you Barack Hussein — but landed on his feet with an even better position. Wonderful news for them! But bittersweet for me and Grandpa as our little tribe is moving to the other side of the country. Sniffle.
We visited them today to wish them a bon voyage, and spent a few hours there while the movers packed and hauled stuff into the truck. Here we are, together again until DH and I get on a plane sometime next year to reconnect with my baby and her babies.
