UPDATE:
Re: Discussion some discussion as to whether these cops (Boston?) were loading or unloading the bricks at the police station.
Citizen researchers have come to the conclusion that these two police officers are unloading and inspecting the bricks they confiscated (presumably off the street).
The LEOs are surmised to be Boston PD, and further photos show the alleyway is actually at 44 Burke Street, Boston University.
