The Supreme Court had death threats so it is OK to make rulings against the Constitution they were sworn to uphold? Meanwhile, we have servicemen all over the place risking their lives everyday and upholding the oath they took. Any government official who does not disclose that they were threatened is guilty of violating their oath of office.
Now, explain how a Justice can be threatened and our intel agencies not know? Could they be the source of the threats? If they are then we have an Army to take them out.
