Keeping it cool and clean.

UPDATED with PHOTOS

Taking a break for a leisurely Sunday morning walk and enjoying the sounds of nature and my fave music. Back soon.

It’s later in the day – practically nighttime at 4:30 up heeyah in the north woods, yessiree. Looks like I’m going to have to plan my walks for a bit earlier in the day. Today’s walk was effortless. Three miles and I enjoyed every step. (It’s not always that way, believe me!)

Grabbed some pics to show you how utterly, gorgeously beautiful it is here. The weather has been like a recalcitrant child. When it’s good, it’s really good. But when it’s bad, it really sux.

This morning was… well, take a look.

The “Run-Around”

The “Run-Around” connects the Piscataquis (piss-cat’-ah-kwis) river with the Penobscot. The photo below shows the spot where the Piscataquis flows into the larger river.

Tomorrow’s high of 38 might be a little too chilly. Could be the stationary bike in the warm basement is in my future.
