I think anyone with common sense, logic and genuinely utilizes critical thinking would think this would be the time / action line of things to come.
It’s a little obvious (snort) this would be how it would go.
Kinda loudly says something about the absolute stupidity of all the deep state clowns involved.
The loudest giveaway is Jerk Smiths’ complete denial of the Presidential Records Act passed in ’72-’73. What was he thinkin’? Wait … he wasn’t.
The second is the obvious panic move to ask the SCotUS to get involved, considering standing legal precedence … AND the Constitution.
Jerk Smith wanted to speed up the process. He actually did, just not the way he wanted in getting the case thrown out. kek
Garland and his ‘best lawyer’ really need to hang up their robes, although it likely won’t make a difference when the ‘revenge tour’ begins.
