Menendez used his position as Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee to get bribes from Egyptian agents to approve the sale of Boeing made Apache helicopters to Egypt. Boeing then donated to his PAC to thank him.
Menendez used his post as Chairman to place holds on military sales & foreign grants to pay them. Menendez took hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes & approved giving away $1B in taxpayer money to Egypt to pay the $1B to US defense contractors who gave him contributions.
The Egyptian agents provided a no show job for Menendez’s wife, though there is plenty of reason to suspect that she was working for the Egyptian govt in establishing her relationship with Menendez.
Menendez then used his position to approach the State Dept for personnel information on US & Egyptian staff assigned to the US Embassy in Cairo. Info useful for identifying intel agents & people to compromise for intel gathering against the US. His wife sent it to Egyptian Intel.
Nadine Menendez continued to provide intelligence to the Egyptians gathered thru her husband. She also participated in helping Egypt lobby other Senators to approve the foreign aid to pay for sales of Boeing equipment to Egypt.
Senator Menendez continued to meet with the Egyptions to discuss sales military equipment & ammunition from US defense contractors to Egypt with US taxpayers funding the contract thru a grant to Egypt.
Menendez then met with Egyptian officials in 2019 to discuss a similar deal for Apache helicopters. A deal on hold since Egyptians used them in 2015 to mistakenly attack a vehicle containing tourists that they thought were jihadists.
A key note on how bribes get paid, a consulting company founded by Menendez’s wife to receive her bribes disguised as consulting fees. Pure amateurs though, smart Swamp creatures have untraceable shell companies collecting the money in off-shore locations…
Also of note, we saw 2 gold bars seized from Menendez’s home. But the Egyptian agent bribing him bought 22 bars following Menendez complaining that he hadn’t been paid his bribes. I imagine the other 20 will eventually be tracked down.
Menendez also signed off on a $2.5B deal in 2022 to provide upgrades to the Apache helicopters & other deals.

What makes this superseding indictment so interesting is the connection to Boeing sales, though I’m sure other Swampy defense contractors benefitted too. Which connects it to Clinton involvement in previous Boeing deals in the US & around the world.

First we’ll look at Boeing’s donations to Senator Menendez related to his signing off on the US taxpayers buying billions of dollars of Boeing products for Egypt. Shortly after Menendez took bribes from Egypt, Boeing opened their check book & made maximum donations to his PAC
Menendez uses his PAC to donate to other Democrats that he wants to reward & help win elections. Maybe Democrats who helped him push through foreign military grants & weapons sales. Boeing also rewarded the later contract approvals too!
While Boeing was vague about who they were paying & lobbying, I’m sure Menendez’s indictment has provided probable cause for FBI to take a closer look at Boeings lobbying efforts! Books that will show lots of Boeing involvement with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton!
Recently the daughter of former Uzbek President Karimov was indicted again for corruption. A variety of US defense contractors including Boeing were lobbying heavily for business with Uzbekistan.

The answer, she said, was that exports in sectors such as telecommunications and aerospace can drive job growth in the United States. She touted her department’s work advocating for Boeing in places like Turkey, Brazil and Vietnam.
Only weeks into Clinton’s four-year tenure as secretary of state, State Department and Boeing leaders talked about how to open up new business in Russia. Within months, she visited Moscow and made what she described as a “shameless pitch” to a Russian airline to buy Boeing passenger jets.
“I hope that on a future visit I’ll see a lot of new [Boeing]
planes when I land in Moscow,” Clinton said.
It worked. Months later, in 2010, Boeing got the deal — selling 50 jets valued at $3.7 billion.
As Clinton and Boeing were aiding each other’s agendas at the State Department, the company in turn supported
the Clintons outside of government.
• In August 2010, soon after the Russian airliner deal, Boeing donated $900,000 to the Clinton Foundation to support Haiti education projects. Boeing said Clinton and Boeing would work together to identify specific projects to help Haiti’s recovery from the earthquake earlier in the year.
Hillary even had Terry McAuliffe step in & serve as a conduit for Boeing to sponsor an event for the People’s Republic of China:

Sect of State Clinton also stepped in when problems arose funding the US booth at the 2010 World’s Fair in China because it was illegal to make the donations to the ‘non-profit’
When you realize that most of the people you think came forward about the Clintons, were actually hired by the Clintons to send you on wild goose chases. You can begin to understand that you fell for fake news, & that you helped the Clintons get away for their real crimes.
