My mom’s favorite song. I avoided it cuz it made me so sad. A year after her death, our family went to brunch on Mother’s Day . Quiet as we walked in, but after we were seated, that song came on. Her way of saying hello, I’m sure.

  1. He is still revered there. He was such a special person. Another great loss there was Willie C. His singing Oh Holy Night in Hawaiian brings tears to me every time.
    Thank you for remembering him.
