NEW: Thomas Crooks was shot dead 26 seconds after he let off his first shot on Donald Trump at his rally.

The details which were made during a briefing with the FBI, say sn*pers first spotted Crooks on *the roof* at 5:52 p.m., 20 minutes before the first shot.
