Maxwell Yearick was the assassin shot and killed on top of the AGR building on 7-13-24 and NOT a guy named Mathew Crooks.(COVER UP)

I am Ex-Secret Service and there is more than meets the eye here and it was staged.

I am available for interviews, but Members of Congress, The DEEP State, former S.S. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle is a Liar as well as Kash Patel & Dan Bongino. That Body who was killed was Maxwell Yearick and the ears are totally different as is his body who was quickly cremated and all the DNA Washed off the roof top.

There will NEVER be a match.

Anothe lone male gunman gets away, as did John W Hinckley(1976) whom I personally interviewed, and the coverup in Dallas 1963, as well as Charlie Kirk’s assassination by Mossad interests, not Tyler Robinson on a roof top 544 feet away with a 308 or 30.06…

So who exactly is / was Maxwell Yearick?

Maxwell Yearick (often misspelled as “Matthew” in some online claims) is a Pittsburgh-area resident who gained brief notoriety in 2016 for his involvement in an anti-Trump protest. At the time, he was 29 years old and lived in the Perry South neighborhood.

Yearick, along with two other protesters, was arrested outside a Donald Trump campaign rally in Pittsburgh after an altercation with police officers. They were charged with simple assault and resisting arrest. In April 2017, Yearick pleaded guilty to these charges and was sentenced to 3 to 12 months in jail.

There is no public record of Yearick having any further involvement in political activism or violence after this incident. He has not been described as a prominent figure in anti-Trump circles or any broader extremist movements.

His Role in the Butler, PA Assassination Attempt

Yearick played no role whatsoever in the July 13, 2024, assassination attempt on then-former President Donald Trump at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Immediately after the shooting, social media users spread false claims identifying Yearick as the gunman, often sharing an old mugshot or photo of him from the 2016 incident.

These posts falsely portrayed him as an “Antifa extremist” or convicted anti-Trump protester responsible for the attack. However, Yearick bears no physical resemblance to the actual shooter, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, who was killed by U.S. Secret Service agents at the scene.

Fact-checking organizations, including PolitiFact and Reuters, rated these claims as entirely false—PolitiFact called them “Pants on Fire!” (their highest level of debunking).

The FBI quickly identified Crooks as the sole perpetrator, who fired eight rounds from an AR-15-style rifle from a rooftop outside the rally’s secure perimeter, grazing Trump’s ear, killing one attendee (Corey Comperatore), and critically injuring two others.

Investigations, including a congressional task force report, found no connections to Yearick or any co-conspirators.

This misinformation highlights how quickly false narratives can spread during high-profile events, often recycling unrelated past incidents to fit conspiracy theories. As of November 2025, no credible evidence has ever linked Yearick to the Butler rally or the assassination attempt.
