I mentioned this in my earlier post below. But Rush Limbaugh just read it aloud on his program, and it bears further attention here as well. As Rush said, when Thomas Sowell is writing something like this, it is time to stop gathering information and DO something about it.

Just one year ago, would you have believed that an unelected government official, not even a Cabinet member confirmed by the Senate but simply one of the many “czars” appointed by the President, could arbitrarily cut the pay of executives in private businesses by 50 percent or 90 percent?

Did you think that another “czar” would be talking about restricting talk radio? That there would be plans afloat to subsidize newspapers– that is, to create a situation where some newspapers’ survival would depend on the government liking what they publish?

Did you imagine that anyone would even be talking about having a panel of so-called “experts” deciding who could and could not get life-saving medical treatments?

Scary as that is from a medical standpoint, it is also chilling from the standpoint of freedom. If you have a mother who needs a heart operation or a child with some dire medical condition, how free would you feel to speak out against an administration that has the power to make life and death decisions about your loved ones?

Does any of this sound like America?

How about a federal agency giving school children material to enlist them on the side of the president? Merely being assigned to sing his praises in class is apparently not enough.

How much of America would be left if the federal government continued on this path? President Obama has already floated the idea of a national police force, something we have done without for more than two centuries.

We already have local police forces all across the country and military forces for national defense, as well as the FBI for federal crimes and the National Guard for local emergencies. What would be the role of a national police force created by Barack Obama, with all its leaders appointed by him? It would seem more like the brown shirts of dictators than like anything American.

How far the President will go depends of course on how much resistance he meets. But the direction in which he is trying to go tells us more than all his rhetoric or media spin.

Barack Obama has not only said that he is out to “change the United States of America,” the people he has been associated with for years have expressed in words and deeds their hostility to the values, the principles and the people of this country.

Jeremiah Wright said it with words: “God damn America!” Bill Ayers said it with bombs that he planted. Community activist goons have said it with their contempt for the rights of other people.

Among the people appointed as czars by President Obama have been people who have praised enemy dictators like Mao, who have seen the public schools as places to promote sexual practices contrary to the values of most Americans, to a captive audience of children.

Those who say that the Obama administration should have investigated those people more thoroughly before appointing them are missing the point completely. Why should we assume that Barack Obama didn’t know what such people were like, when he has been associating with precisely these kinds of people for decades before he reached the White House?

Nothing is more consistent with his lifelong patterns than putting such people in government– people who reject American values, resent Americans in general and successful Americans in particular, as well as resenting America’s influence in the world.

Any miscalculation on his part would be in not thinking that others would discover what these stealth appointees were like. Had it not been for the Fox News Channel, these stealth appointees might have remained unexposed for what they are. Fox News is now high on the administration’s enemies list.

Nothing so epitomizes President Obama’s own contempt for American values and traditions like trying to ram two bills through Congress in his first year– each bill more than a thousand pages long– too fast for either of them to be read, much less discussed. That he succeeded only the first time says that some people are starting to wake up. Whether enough people will wake up in time to keep America from being dismantled, piece by piece, is another question– and the biggest question for this generation.

A couple of things this morning while I’m sipping my coffee and tuned in to Glenn Beck’s radio program…

The Washington Post has a hit piece on Beck, using Beck’s PR guy Matt Hiltzik as a foil to paint him to be some reincarnation of Lonesome Rhodes. Glenn tore it apart, pointing to all the journalistic errors — three in the first sentence alone — and the strategy behind the piece, that these thugs in the White House first come after you and try to isolate you. Next they go after your employer, and when that doesn’t work, they go after your friends and associates. That’s where they’re at now. It’s the Saul Alinsky (Chicago) way: Isolate the target. Freeze it. Polarize it. And then destroy it. Beck says they’re not going to destroy him unless they shoot him. “But they’re more subtle than that,” he assured his listeners “…But just so you know, I’m not suicidal and my brakes are working fine.”

You’ve tried to destroy me personally. Then you tried to destroy my business. Then you tried to destroy me and drive a wedge between me and Fox News. Then you tried to destroy Fox News. Well, none of those things have worked.

So now what you have to do is destroy everybody around me to isolate me as much as gee, that sounds like Saul Alinsky. Isolate me. Make sure nobody will talk to me.

I got news for you, man. Except for the White House my phone is ringing all the time. I can’t tell you how many people are coming out of the woodwork to squeal on the corruption that is going on. We’re working on stories now that will boggle your mind. I think we have one maybe coming out today, maybe. If not today, then it’s going to be tomorrow. To Find the Right PR Guru, Beck Looked to his Left

Since Hiltzik has started working for Beck, the commentator has graced the cover of Time and the front page of the New York Times (a copy of which is framed in Beck’s Manhattan office). He made the Forbes Celebrity 100 list and was profiled by “20/20.” He has millions of radio listeners. His books are bestsellers. His Web site is a cash cow. His comedy tour sells out theaters around the country.

And his name is cursed in the White House.

Beck’s fame is, of course, directly related to the heightened platform given to him by Fox News, and his willingness to use it to say outrageous things. Hiltzik said that he deferred to Fox News on all things related to Beck’s television show. He repeatedly said that he had nothing to do with the content of Beck’s commentary.

Some of Hiltzik’s critics failed to find that a convincing distinction.

“Lawyers sometimes have to represent mobsters,” said Green, the onetime mayoral candidate in New York and president of Air America Media. “But it’s not the same excuse when you are a public relations guy. There’s a due process that requires everyone to have a lawyer in a criminal case. There is no due process that requires a talk show host to have a flak.”

“I love Matt,” said Ken Sunshine, a Democratic activist and public relations powerbroker whom Hiltzik regards as a mentor. “I value our friendship, but I wouldn’t be caught dead representing Glenn Beck.”

Hiltzik is ever ready for counterattack. “Apparently Mark failed to mention that he sought my assistance in resolving an Air America issue,” Hiltzik said. “And that he called me repeatedly this summer soliciting contributions for his most recent campaign.”

Forbes Top Ten Scariest People of 2009 has named Beck it’s #1 Scariest. Such an honor!

In a brief interview with Steve Forbes, Glenn asked him why rich people like wealthy progressives George Soros and Michael Moore hate capitalism. Soros is dumping another $50m into an anti free-market think tank. “Why do rich people hate capitalism? Because once they make it, they feel guilty about it,” was Forbes’ best guess.

Later, Wall Street Journal’s Steven Moore explained how Soros made his fortune by shorting the dollar and other currencies, and made $9billion from hedge funds last year alone during an economic downturn. Is he pursuing policies that undermine the US dollar to make money off it? Soros is involved in this newly established think tank council to fight capitalism. And they’re all economists, some Nobel prize winners.

“A dollar today is worth .62 compared to a year ago, because of the enormous debt. If we continue to spend the way we are, the only way out of this crisis is by continued devaluation of the dollar. We’re facing a jihad against the free enterprise system. The only checks and balances are you and Rush Limbaugh the other people they’re trying to gag,” according to Steven Moore from WSJ.

Net neutrality is big money determined to shut down and control free speech. Glenn referred to de Toqueville’s “Democracy in America” who wrote that a democracy can become so great and so successful that those who benefit most will want to close the door to anyone else.

Where are the wealthy Americans who are willing to put their country first, business second?

Forbes Mag thoughtfully provided a cut out Halloween mask for those who plan to trick or treat as Glenn Beck, the scariest person of 2009. But I think Forbes made a mistake. The Scariest Man designation belongs to George Soros, the real masked man.

He complied.

Over 60 days ago he requested 40,000 combat troops to surge and defeat the Taliban and Al Qaeda.

President Obama is not listening to his General.

General McCrystal has asked and has so far been denied the resources to win this war.

Senator John Kerry, the left wing anti American, communist just told the national press that general McCrystal’s request is over reaching and too fast.

What the hell does John Kerry know what the General in combat needs to win this war ?

John Kerry is a waste of tax payer money.

He was sympathetic to the enemy in Vietnam and he has now just publicly thrown General McCrystal under the bus.

If I were general McCrystal I would resign and retire.

Ask him when was the last time he was in a bunker in Afghanistan taking mortar and RPG rounds.

Steve Schippert of Threats Watch and host of Take That Radio weighs in:

Listening to John Kerry for National Security insight is like watching NFL Network and waiting for the Pele’ biography.

Period.

Kerry’s bus is small, lacking tread, and running in reverse.

The question is whether he is foreshadowing the Obama announcement.

The Obama White House said weeks ago that they would not make a decision – nay, would not be pressured into a decision domestically – until the Afghan run off was determined. This, the argument went, was to ensure we knew what kind of ally/government we would have in Afghanistan.

Funny thing, that run off. Obama has signaled his decision will be announced within hours of poll closings in Afghanistan next week. It will take days perhaps weeks to know the hand-counted results from across the country.

So which election is he waiting for really? The Afghan elections, with results unknown, or the NJ/NY/VA elections, the results which will be known the night of election day next week?

The truth, to me, is clear. He is avoiding an announcement before US elections which are critical barometers of his policies. And why?Because he will announce a less than full surge, which will be immensely unpopular, criticized and will anger many. This would show up in NJ/NY/VA polls. So he will save it for after then to damage them less.

If he were truly going to go out to win in Afghanistan, a decision which would be applauded from the center to the right and even among the non-hard left, he would have announced before – even close to – the state elections.

Brace yourselves. There is a dithering, withering path ahead.

John Kerry is laying the foundations for it now.

We will not see an Afghan Surge (TM) for one simple, yet critical, reason. Do you all recall, post-stimulus, the Obama budget forcasts that were eventually blown out of the water by both the CBO and reality? Do you remember where most of the budgetary “savings” came from?

That’s right, a draw down in Iraq. Merely shifting these resources in number and cost to Afghanistan will have an even more devastating impact on the already laughable Obama budget projections, and materialize right in the heat of 2010 election cycles. Deficit beyond imagination and so far off Obama forecasts as to appear wholly mindless. the 2010 elections would be an even hotter Hell to pay for Dems supporting the O nonsense.This was the reality that I saw from the beginning: That Afghanistan will be starved of resources rather than fed them as Candidate Obama assured in his pledges to fight “the real war” in Afghanistan.

It is domestic budget – NOT intellectually considered counterinsurgency v. counterterrorism strategies – which will dictate how this White House conducts the war in Afghanistan.

The trick for them is how to sell not shifting resources from Iraq to Afghanistan as brilliance rather than the domestic policy trickery that it really is.

Our enemies can take heart: This President and his team have greater and more aggressive designs on the American society and its free market-based economy than on them, the jihadists who would slit our throats quite literally given opportunity.

And this budget elephant in the Situation Room is what makes me so angry when folks consider Biden/Levin/Kerry options as intellectually vetted counterterrorism alternatives.

Bull! Look at the budget. Someone go back to spring ’09 and dig up the Iraq Drawdown accounting in O’s budget as the source for freed funds. Fighting the enemy in Afghanistan? It was bull on the campaign trail, and its bull now. Iraq Drawdown funds (created or saved) were never – EVER – accounted for as shifting to another theater of war, “real” or imagined. It was shifted to redistribution schemes here at home.

Go ahead. Prove me wrong. Please. Someone.

In my World Net Daily column Surfin Safari this week and last, I wrote that it was 47 years ago this month our nation was threatened with nuclear war with the Soviet Union over nuclear missiles being installed in Cuba. We know it as The Cuban Missile Crisis. President John Kennedy spent a tense 13 days negotiating with then Soviet premier Nikita Khrushchev to remove the nukes. Khrushchev thought he could get away with it because he perceived JFK to be weak against Communism when our president buckled with the Bay of Pigs disaster earlier in his Administration.

The Cuban Missile Crisis

Last week, I told you about the Cuban Missile Crisis. Forty-seven years ago, the world breathed a collective sigh of relief after the superpowers reached an agreement ending the immediate threat of nuclear war. Russian leader Nikita Khrushchev agreed to dismantle all Russian missiles based in Cuba and ship them back to the Soviet Union.

The announcement was made in a public message to President John F Kennedy broadcast on Moscow Radio. In response, President Kennedy said the decision to remove the Cuban missiles was an “important contribution to peace”. He also promised the U.S. would not invade Cuba and would eventually lift the U.S. naval blockade imposed on the island and remove the Jupiter missiles based in Turkey.

And the Cold War continued.

Today we find that history is repeating itself. Are the Russians smelling weakness in our “president”? From World Net Daily:

Russia is offering to modernize Cuba’s deteriorating weapons systems – installed when the former Soviet Union was expanding worldwide – and it also wants to reactivate a sensitive electronic eavesdropping station on the nearby island at Lourdes, use Cuba as a base to refuel its bombers and a port to replenish supplies on its warships, according to a report from Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin.

These developments emerged following the visit to Cuba in late September by Gen. Nikolai Makarov, chief of the Russian General Staff. Makarov met with Cuban President Raul Castro in Havana.

Cuba’s Soviet-made military equipment has been falling apart. After an assessment, the Russian military has decided to undertake a comprehensive modernization. In addition, the Cuban army also will receive Russian military training.

There’s more.

The question now is: what will our current “president” do about it?

Care to guess? After all, he loves being compared with JFK…

Folks, if we are going to have victory over these corruptocrats in Washington, we have to storm our congressional district offices. Letters, phone calls, and emails just are not going to cut it. Set up a schedule with your neighbors, friends, meet-up groups, to pay a visit to your senator and congressman’s local office. Even though they might not be in town, their people are. And the word will get back to Washington. WE ARE HERE AND WE DEMAND YOU VOTE TO PROTECT THE CONSTITUTION!

A lot of us are under the misperception that these Jamokes work for us. Well, here’s the sad sorry truth. They DON’T. They work for the special interests that own them. And because they’re grunting and squealing at the public taxpayer (our) trough, they also kow-tow to the Marxist in the White House.

Don’t allow it happen anymore. Make your presence known. Let them feel and smell your breath. Go to them — make your physical presence work for you. Be polite. Maintain proper decorum. But get there. Schedule appointments. Or walk in. Make them know we’re mad as hell and we’re NOT going to stand for it! Cards, letters, and emails aren’t enough anymore. Get to your congressional District offices and tell them what’s on your mind. Do it first thing tomorrow. And the next day, and the day after that. Keep a steady stream of patriots walking in and out the door. Overwhelm them the same way they’re overwhelming us.

DON’T STOP! LET THOSE SOBs KNOW WE MEAN BUSINESS TOO! And we won’t stand by making pitiful mewing sounds on our telephone calls to them any more. Here, read what Joe is telling the dummies out there…

Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) asked Health and Human Service Secretary Kathleen Sebelius why the United States should get vaccinations ahead of people in other countries, including those in countries that are producing the vaccine for the United States.

When Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) had his turn to question Sebelius, he raised the issue of whether the United States was “entitled” to the vaccine more than other nations. “Why should we be more entitled, the U.S. be more entitled to that vaccine than some other country in the world?”

Dear Gentlemen:

We are military moms.

We have sons, daughters, husbands, and loved ones serving in the United States Military protecting the freedom of not only our country, but the freedoms of people all over the world.

And we are furious.

President Obama has promised to provide our loved ones with the resources to fight this war in Afghanistan. According to former Vice President Dick Cheney in his acceptance speech for the Keeper of the Flame Award on October 21, 2009 , “in August of this year, speaking at the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the President made a promise to America’s armed forces. ‘I will give you a clear mission, defined goals, and the equipment and support you need to get the job done. That’s my commitment to you.’”

We are furious because the President still, after more than two months since the request from General McChrystal, has not made a decision to supply those resources. His delay in providing the necessary and sufficient support to our troops means our children are dying unnecessarily. We desire your assistance in making sure the President keeps his promise.

We have written to the President demanding an explanation. We have received nothing. The President has time to party and raise money for politics, but no time for being the Commander in Chief and doing the right thing for our military. Instead he and his administration deem it more important to wage a war on Fox News and the Chamber of Commerce. Shame on him.

We are furious because you, elected officials who work for us and for those military men and women, are doing nothing to get them the resources they need to win this war. You could be urging this President to support our troops in Afghanistan. You should be fighting for them in Washington. But you are not. Your silence on this matter is deafening. Instead, you are playing politics with health care. The place people are actually dying in the streets is in Afghanistan. And some of them are in US military uniforms. Shame on you.

We are tired of your politics. We are tired of your games. This is not a game to us. These are our children, our husbands, our loved ones. Your political games do not even come close to measuring up to the importance of their lives.

We do not speak in Congressional jargon and eloquent platitudes. We are simple speaking women, but do not misunderstand. We will not be ignored.

We demand that you and others in positions of power (including the President) do your jobs and immediately provide them the resources they need to get the job done; change the rules of engagement so that our deployed forces can perform the mission they were sent to accomplish; and bring them home when the victory is ours.

Last week in San Francisco, Obama headlined a three million dollar fundraiser at the Westin St. Francis Hotel. The San Francisco Chronicle reports about 160 people paid $30,400 or more per couple for a private dinner with Obama followed by a reception costing $500 to $1000 that drew over 900 attendees. Among those at the dinner was the leftist, so-called antiwar group Code Pink co-founder, Jodie Evans.

Last night I was invited to speak before a group of fellow patriots — the local chapter of The Friends of Ronald Reagan club.

I was welcome to speak on any topic so after consideration, I decided to talk about the new media: blogs, on-line news journals, micro-blogs like Twitter, social networks like Facebook, and the growing impact these elements are having on news collection and dissemination.

Most of those in the audience already knew my background as a TV anchor/reporter, radio show host, newspaper columnist and magazine writer.

I told them about the radio show I host on the internet from the comfort of my home. Equipped with nothing more than a computer, internet connection, telephone, we bring on nationally reknowned experts, analysts, authors, and newsmakers who are plowing new ground with research and results that keep us updated and oftentimes ahead of the curve with breaking news.

Among the more recent guests — Dr. Jerry Corsi on the Selling of America, Anita MonCrief on thecorruption of ACORN, Mario Apuzzo on the legal challenge to Obama’s constitutional eligibility, Jack Cashill on the Bill Ayers-Obama-Dreams From My Father connection; the controversial Orly Taitz on her lawsuits demanding Obama reveal his birth certificate; noted blogger Pamela Geller about Rifka Bary and Islamist “honor killings”; and so many others it would take an archive of shows to list them all.

I told them about Andrew Brietbart and how his Bigs (Big Hollywood and Big Government, and at least three more Bigs in the pipeline) are zooming past the legacy media with breaking news and exposes of ACORN, the NEA, Van Jones, Anita Dunn, and tons more. Leaving the “drive by’s” wondering what just blew by them.

I told them about Conservative Hollywood and actor Ed Ames, who talked of a growing conservative movement among the show biz types and Big Hollywood’s aim to expose Tinseltown’s Lefist agenda and show there is a growing united front on the Right. And how the Left marginalizes those who disagree with them, like they do with self-described Black Conservative Lloyd Marcus. And the special friendship writer and author Burt Boyar of L.A. had with the late Sammy Davis Jr. who struggled with racism and discrimination.

I brought the conversation back to the “now” — the White House attack on Fox News and talk radio and the internet, how Obama, Rahm and the Axe, along with Anita Dunn et al want to control the message, freezing out Fox. How Glenn Beck is charting new truth territory by questioning with boldness.

And how the current Administration could not — repeat, COULD NOT get away with what they’re doing without the mainstream (now more commonly known as the “fringe left”) media’s complicity. I contrasted today’s Washington Post with the WaPo of the Watergate era, reporters Woodward and Bernstein who routed about for the facts as though they were (pardon) boars hungrily digging for Watergate truffles.

I asked if they were familiar with Operation Mockingbird. Not surprisingly, they knew nothing of the 1940-50’s CIA project to feed misinformation to our domestic media outlets which were willing accomplices. Under the guise of national security, of course. The methods employed in Operation Mockingbird are being used with a deft and practiced hand by our president and his minions. Leaks. Lies. Misinformation. Media malfeasance.

The old media has thrown in with the Hopenchange crowd who are doing their damndest to bring our nation to its knees in obeisance before our enemies the world over. Mr. President, take a bow. Again.

But there is an antidote. New media is what will save our bacon, if (to borrow a phrase from Ben Franklin) we can keep it.

So, was my talk well-received? We’ll find out if I’m invited back.

Attorney Mario Apuzzo and lead plaintiff Charles Kerchner laid out their caseon my radio program during “Birther Week“. Today they have disappointing but not unexpected news. On his website this morning, Apuzzo wrote:

The Hon. Jerome B. Simandle of the Federal District Court in the District of New Jersey at 10:39 a.m., on October 21, 2009, filed his long-awaited opinion dismissing the Kerchner et al. v. Obama et al. complaint/petition.

In the complaint/petition, we allege that Obama has not conclusively proven that he was born in Hawaii. We also allege that even if he was so born, he is not an Article II “natural born Citizen” because his father was a British subject/citizen when Obama was born and Obama himself was born a British subject/citizen, all of which makes him ineligible to be President and Commander in Chief of the Military.

We also allege that Congress violated it constitutional duty under the Twentieth Amendment to adequately investigate and confirm whether Obama is an Article II “natural born Citizen.”

Judge Simandle ruled that the plaintiffs do not have Article III standing and that therefore the court does not have subject matter jurisdiction. The Court found that the plaintiffs failed to show that they suffered an “injury in fact.” It added that plaintiffs’ alleged injury is “only a generally available grievance about government” and “is one they share with all United States citizens.” Finally, it said that plaintiffs’ “motivations do not alter the nature of the injury alleged. . .”

By way of footnote, the Court said that even if the plaintiffs could show that the Court had Article III standing, they would not be able to show that the court should exercise jurisdiction because prudential standing concerns would prevent it from doing so.

Finally, the Court again in a footnote said that it cannot take jurisdiction of the issue of whether Obama is a “natural born Citizen” and whether Congress has acted constitutionally in its confirmation of Obama for President because the matter is a “political question” which needs to be resolved by Congress.

The Court said that there simply is no room for judicial review of political choices made by the Electoral College and the Congress when voting for and confirming the President. The Court added that the plaintiffs’ remedy against Congress may be achieved by voting at the polls.

It is important to understand that the Court did not rule that Obama has conclusively proven that he was born in Hawaii.

It is also important to understand that the Court did not rule that Obama is an Article II “natural born Citizen.”

Rather, the Court dismissed the plaintiffs’ case because of jurisdiction and the political question doctrine without commenting on the underlying merits of whether Obama is constitutionally qualified to be President and Commander in Chief of the Military.

The Court also did not rule that the plaintiffs’ claims are frivolous. Given the nature of the Court’s decision, the American People unfortunately still do not know whether Obama is constitutionally qualified to be President and Commander in Chief.

Apuzzo added that the ruling will be appealed to the Third District Court of Appeals in Philadelphia.

The Soros-funded front group MoveOn.org has announced its complete solidarity with President Obama’s campaign to isolate and silence a mainstream news organization.

I just received this email from the anti-American, moonbat leftists I fondly refer to as MorOn.org. I think that’s the name they prefer. Got Marx?

All year, FOX has worked 24/7 to block President Obama’s agenda—repeating lies about “death panels,” promoting Tea Party protests, and whipping up fake political scandals.

Now, President Obama is fighting back. The White House communications director said FOX is a “wing of the Republican Party…let’s not pretend they’re a news network.” To draw attention to its biased coverage, President Obama will not appear on FOX for the rest of this year.

Democrats often appear on FOX in hopes of reaching out to conservative viewers. But FOX cuts off their mic, distorts what they say, or runs biased headlines at the bottom of the screen…

…In the end, Democrats always lose on FOX.

Yes, Democrats tend to lose on Fox. Badly.

That’s because they have to face facts, logic and reason.

And, in the marketplace of ideas, conservatism almost always wins. Remember the money pit called “Air America”? Home of failed radio host Al “Spiteful Troll” Franken? Its Nielsen ratings tended to trail airport radar, the tumble-dry setting at the laundromat, and sonograms.

History treats the Democrat brand of Socialism very unkindly. And the hard left puppet-masters — such as George Soros — don’t want arguments or criticism.

They want Caracas.

They want a chorus.

And that’s precisely why Fox will continue to kick MorOn.org’s a$$. They just haven’t figured it out yet.

At 4p ET this afternoon, Anita MonCrief will announce in an Andrew Breitbart hosted conference call details of a counterclaim and motion to dismiss in the Project Vote case she filed yesterday in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.

“The conference call is about the legal defense fund fightforanita.com but I am sure there will be questions about the suit. We want the world to know that I am not going to be silenced,” Anita said.

Anita is the former ACORN employee who is blowing the whistle on the organization that has many criminal suits against it. Yes that ACORN – the one Glenn Beck exposed on his afternoon TV program. The one I’ve written about on this site more than a dozen times in posts about Anita’s brave involvement in helping expose this corrupt organization.

Anita Moncrief has been on our radio program several times to talk about what she knows about ACORN, the SEIU, and the implications /connections they have to Barack Obama.

Later this evening, Anita will again join us on my radio program with all the details. What she knows, the lawsuit, the blowback from the Left, and the support she’s gotten from seekers of the truth.

The White House says President Barack Obama will not send more U.S.troops until a credible government is in place.

From a military friend who sent this by email last night with the note:

Those SOBs! Commander wants troops; troops denied. Somalia all over again.

It would be irresponsible to send more troops to Afghanistan until a legitimate and credible government is in place, the White House and top Democrats said Sunday.

White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel said the most critical issue facing U.S. strategy is whether the Afghans can be an effective partner in destroying Al Qaeda safe havens and bringing stability to the region.

“It would be reckless to make a decision on U.S. troop levels if in fact you haven’t done a thorough analysis of whether in fact there’s an Afghan partner ready to fill that space that U.S. troops would create and become a true partner in governing,” Emanuel said in an interview Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

Emanuel stressed that the central question is “not how much troops you have but whether in fact there’s an Afghan partner.”

Meanwhile, Karl Rove just revealed that James Carville was in Afghanistan prior to the Afghani election advising Karzai’s…. opponent. Deliberate attempt to destabilize Afghanistan’s government? (h/t Kristinn Taylor, Free Republic for transcription. The following statement comes in at 5:42 in the video)

“Take a look at what this administration has done. They have destabilized the Afghan government by saying you know what we’re not certain that Karzai is a good partner for us.

And the Obama administration sent in James Carville, Democrat party operative, in order to handle the campaign of Karzai’s opponent. And then they express surprise when Karzai is trying to cut side deals with the remaining warlords and regional powers in Afghanistan in order to make certain he has a power base if the Americans pull the rug out from underneath him.

I mean its really unusual that this administration is so quick to criticize the Bush administration when they are really destabilizing the regime in Afghanistan in a fundamental way.”
