Last night, (Thursday10/8): Attorney Mario Apuzzo and lead plaintiff Charles Kerchner filled us in on their lawsuit before US District Court, District of New Jersey Judge Jerome Simandle, a case that has been in process since prior to Obama being sworn in on January 20th. The DOJ had been stalling on this case for months in the spring allegedly awaiting some secret deliberations and decisions by some special committee appointed in Washington DC, per court filings for time extensions, to decide appointment of counsel for the multiple defendants for this lawsuit. Tuesday night, attorney Gary Kreep with the US Justice Foundation joined us with details about what happened Monday in a California courtroom when federal Judge David Carter heard lawyers for Obama argue that the lawsuit over his eligibility should be immediately dismissed.

Carter refused to grant their request and today issued a Minute Order in the case of Capt. Pamela Barnett et al v. Barack Hussein Obama et al to affirm the dates of a summary judgment hearing on Dec. 7, a Motion for Summary Judgment on Nov. 16th, and a Jury Trial for Jan. 26, 2010. On Wednesday night, attorney and Chicago activist Andy Martin joined us for a 90 minute, fascinating look at the real Barack Obama. Martin is suing Hawaii Governor Linda Lingle to unseal Obama’s birth records and is urging the state’s Supreme Court to take action following a published report documenting conflicting reports on Obama’s birth location.

 

“This court should take decisive action before the court itself becomes a part of a questionable pattern of behavior concerning a document that is obviously relevant to American history.” —Pleading posted on Andy Martin’s website for submission to the state Supreme Court.

What would you do if you were Judge Carter?

 

Judge Carter surely knows that “natural born citizen” (as distinguished from “citizen”) to be POTUS disqualifies Obama since Obama’s dad was a British/Kenyan citizen on Obama’s birth. Judge Carter surely knows that Candidate Obama, in his individual as opposed to official capacity (that is, before he became POTUS) committed fraud over said ineligibility; and that this damaged Candidate Keyes, outside of any quo warranto action to eject ‘President’ Obama in his official capacity, the former being justiciable and actionable in his court. Yet at the same time, Judge Carter rightly feels it is unfair to dump the most significant crisis in American history since the Civil War in his courtroom, that being the bloodless coup against our Constitutional Republic, when absolutely no other entity will act, including Congress, the Supreme Court, the Military Joint Chiefs, nor or any major political party or media outlet.

So, Judge Carter does the best he really can, which is, leave the Keyes trial scheduled and at the same time leave the Dept. of Justice’s motion to dismiss pending without decision — that is, until events compel him to act.

Our collective prayers should be with Judge Carter.

Judge Carter can’t “know” something which is utter hogwash. If a person is born in the United States, and is not a child of diplomats or of nationals of a foreign power occupying the place where the child was born, then that person is a natural born citizen. Pure and simple.

Birthers have offered zero evidence that contradicts that.

considering what is at stake, the only question is whether the judge will be killed by those in support of obama.

The document that defines a “natural born citizen” is Vattel’s “Laws of Nations”. And yes, a citizen can have one parent to be a citizen.

 

However, a NATURAL BORN citizen must have BOTH parents as citizens. That determines eligibility as a natural-born citizen for the Presidentcy.

If both of Obama’s parents were US citizens, even if juveniles, he would be a natural born citizen. But, they weren’t, and he ain’t.

I salute these brave attorneys who seek the truth, in spite of the huge news blackout and propaganda campaign against them by the media and wimpy politicos, who alternately ignore and scorn them. This is simply the biggest political scandal in history, but most people have no idea– YET. Our legislature, “justice” depts, Electoral College, political “parties” and media have all miserably failed and betrayed us, so far.

I have been following the Obama birth issue since it made headlines and after all of this time there is absolutely no common sense or defendable reasons for the wall that Obama errected to prevent this issue from coming to light except for the need to hide something. This whole issue could be resolved in five minutes by the Obama’s, but unfornutaly the Obama’s feel that their justification for fighting disclosure is more important than the millions of citizens of this great nation who have been perplexed by the Obama’s defense of such a easily resolve issue. This issue must be resolve ASAP–good or bad.
