If you missed our history-making Special Editions of the Andrea Shea King Show On The Road with the Tea Party Express III, here are the links for your convenience.  The flexibility of the Blog Talk Radio internet radio platform gave us the opportunity to bring our listeners along for the ride. Even though my cell phone connection was spotty going through the mountains of Utah and the Kansas/Nebraska plains, the Blog Talk Radio format never failed us.

We stayed with our regularly scheduled broadcast time of 9 p.m. ET, but abbreviated the show to 30 minutes because of the tour schedule demands.  Blog Talk Radio gave us the option and opportunity to schedule a show at a moment’s notice to capture whatever might have been happening at that time. However, we didn’t use it because of our tight schedule, but it was reassuring to know we could have gotten online live any time.

The Andrea Shea King Show runs on the basic BTR package which is at no cost, but CEO Alan Levy and his team at BTR offers other premium upgrades which are very affordable, offering the host user valuable tools to improve the show’s content. It’s the New Media, Citizens Radio Network.  Try it!  We like it.

By the way, Alan Levy, founder and CEO of Blog Talk Radio, was featured as the cover story in the March 2010 issue of  TALKERS, the bible for the Talk Radio industry.

Tots in Topeka, KS

April 2 – Topeka, KS and Tulsa OK

It was raining when the TPX team left the hotel and Andrea wasn’t too confident that there’d be anyone at the Kansas State capitol building.  When they got there, they were in for lots of big surprises. Later that day they headed to Tulsa, where an infiltrator was escorted out of the rally – the first so far in the tour.

April 14 – On the road from Boston to Washington D.C.

Their song Press One for English has nearly 14 million views on You Tube. Kay and Ron Rivoli’s songs on the Tea Party Express had the crowds rocking, singing, and sometimes shedding a tear.  Spend some time getting to know two of the nicest and hardest working people in show biz.  I’m glad I did!
