to be ‘declared eligible’ by some agency that ‘vets’ is a silly distraction and avoiding the subject. The constitution does not say ‘shall be vetted by an agency’, it says shall be a natural born citizen.
Either he was born a US citizen or not. The COLB is given to families who give birth outside of the US, therefore their OWN status is the ONLY determinant. Were they married? There is no evidence of this.
Was he born in his father’s native country to an unmarried woman? That would imply he should be a citizen of Kenya, that his father’s cizenship determines.
Was his mother 18 at the time of his birth? She would HAVE to be, for her citizenship to count toward his.
all unanswered questions, and we the troublemaking citizens are supposed to shut up and accept the ‘vetting’ by some agency we don’t know, which doesn’t have constitutional authority to determine such things, and nobody shows anything or talks about anything. Notice this man admits Obama was not born in Hawaii, even though Obama and his acolytes all still swear to that narrative.
