Andrea, you remember Benjamin… he’s going with me.. and I have the great fortune to have received a phone call from a treasured old friend who’s never expressed any interest in my political activity, but who called me last week and gently inquired if he could ‘come along’… so my crew is three for 8/28..

Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this function, but my heart and spirit will be there and you can bet I will be watching any news coverage about it. Probably Fox News is the only channel that will cover it. I’m sure there are many of us who would love to be there but can’t. I hope you all have a wonderful time and learn a lot of REAL history. I grew up in Southern Maryland, near the D.C. area and have been to the Lincoln Memorial. It is a beautiful place. Please treat it with the respect it deserves. I know everyone will.
