The perception, whether or not this Obama regime acknowledges it, is that Barack Hussein Obama was born to a Muslim father who held dual citizenship as a Kenyan national as well as a subject of the British crown. By the laws of Islam,

publicly denounces that “religion”, in which case he becomes

My grandfather was an evangelist and a colleague of billy graham in many of his revivals and crusades; I well remember the dignity of Billy Graham when he spoke at my grandfather’s funeral in a colonial era church in New England. These were men of integrity. They never would have made such irresponsible statements about a Christian elected President of the United States, whether they agreed with their policies or not. You are undercutting the dignity of Christians everywhere with these cheap aspersions and lies, which merely play upon fear and ignorance. You know better. For shame. Engage the issues; engage the history; stop destroying language and the cultural capital of the great tradition of all that is best in Christianity.

The truth is, in Islam, one’s father’s faith dictates the faith of the son, in religious law. His father’s faith was Islam. His is, as well. By Islamic law. PERIOD. It was documented as such by his stepfather Soetero in a school application paper which can be seen on the web. “name, Barry Obama, religion, muslim”. It is not the be-all, end-all of documents, merely a proof that it is normal in Islamic countries for the son’s faith to be called the same as his father’s. If the son later renounces Islam, he is due for some severe punishment, usually death. Obama has never renounced it. Not even close. Reverend Wright, before he got into pastoring, was a college major in ISLAMIC STUDIES.
are you saying Islamic law is to be disregarded in Obama’s case? Cite findings in Islamic courts supporting this. You cannot, because it IS widely accepted and it is historically, scripturally, Islamic law. The father’s faith is officially the son’s.
