Geller reveals that Steven Emerson has unearthed 13 hours of audio tape of Imam Rauf, after Emerson and his team have spent four weeks going through the newly found material. Emerson is the head of the Investigative Project on Terrorism.
“Rauf is a radical extremist cleric who cloaks himself in sheep’s clothing,” she writes.
Among the shocking revelations Emerson’s team will reveal next week — they found Rauf:
Defending wahhabism – a puritanical version of Islam that governs Saudi Arabia
Calling for the elimination of Israel by claiming a one-nation state, meaning no more Jewish State.
Defending Bin Laden’s violence
Demonstrating that there is a lot more to this man than merely a cleric.

It’s great to find out as much as you can about Imam Rauf, but I think even more important is to find out why so many politicians are saying “yes” to the mosque. Also, why was USA tax payers’ dollars used to fund his trip to the Middle East? That doesn’t make sense. They say he’s a radical, but the way he is being treated it is as if he is a best buddy of the US of A. I just googled his trip to the Middle East and it said that Bush footed the bill to send him there two times, too. We need to know the American government’s part in this plot. What is it about Rauf that earns him the repsect of Obama, Bush, Hillary, and even the Mayor of NYC?

I just read a comment on an atheist website that has the best statement on this controversy I have heard yet.
Plus, has anyone looked at the Ground Zero site lately? It’s trashed. It’s gross. If this is supposed to be a memorial, a place for people to come to remember, mounds of dirt and scaffolding is not going to do the job. It truly worries me that our politicians and citizens are too busy being worried about a religious group trying to practice hope and love and peace (which IS what Islam teaches), than to memorialize a site they consider oh so sacred.
