The Tea Party Express is packing up the TPX motor coaches for another cross-country trek — Liberty at the Ballot Box national tour set to kick off in Reno, NV October 18th, winding up in Concord NH on Nov. 1st. Shortly after I published the above, John Ruberry at Marathon Pundit posted this. It reminded me of that cold morning in April when we rolled into Petosky, MI for a Tea Party Rally with Michigan’s Yoopers (Upper Peninsula residents — “UPers” – pron. “yoopers”) under cloudy gray skies. Here’s a pic of Dr. Dan Benishek, running in Michigan’s 1st Congressional District for the seat held by the infamous Bart Stupak whose vote in the despicable health care reform bill was the deciding factor in passing the legislation. I just received the five Revolution flags I ordered for our group. They will fly proud around North Brevard, in warmer beautiful weather.
Last night we had fifty people show up for our second meeting of going over the Nov. ballot in detail. Patriots had assignments to report back on some of the judges. It was a lively and informative evening.
We are meeting every week to keep people informed of issues on the Nov. ballot, except this next Wed. when we all are going to Cocoa for the Sandy Adams/Suzanne Kosmas debate.
