I have written several times pieces about my predictions — as “informed” as anyone’s can be looking into the crystal ball of the future — about Glenn Beck. You can read them here.
Today, reader Bud from Satellite Beach, FL (yes there is such a place — it’s on the Space Coast) sent an article by Robert Ringer that was published in two parts in World Net Daily last May (how DID I miss that?) that I found fascinating. Ringer also plays the “crystal ball” game, guessing at what lies ahead for the man he likens to the Howard Beale (“Mad as hell and not going to take it anymore”) of our times.
Ringer’s four possible scenarios are entirely plausible. Read Part 1 and Part 2 and see if you don’t agree. Here’s an excerpt to whet your appetite (not that you need it if you’re as interested in the Glenn Beck phenom as I am…)

Beck’s show is so good that I’m convinced if a person doesn’t watch it on a regular basis, it’s almost impossible for him to understand the true causes of the moral and economic collapse of the United States – or even that it is collapsing – because no one else on TV covers most of the stories he dissects in impeccable detail. His modus operandi has been to expose the bad guys through their own words by playing audio and video of them shooting off their mouths and by quoting their writings.For quite some time now, I have believed that Beck has become so good at exposing the truth, so well-respected and so powerful that the Forces of Darkness in the White House and Congress view him as a major threat to their aspirations to eliminate the Constitution, the rule of law and individual sovereignty in the United States. (In fact, they now refer to him as “the Beck problem.”)
But, as I have written in the past, the Obamafia is in a no-win situation with Beck. If its leaders ignore him, he will continue to disrobe Chairman Obama and his malevolent progressive pals through their own spoken and written words.
On the other hand, as they have already discovered, the more they try to discredit Beck, the more attention they draw to him – and the more people will learn about the details of how they plan to fundamentally transform America. Worse, their childish mudslinging is no match for Beck’s 60 minutes of hard-core truth five days a week (not to mention his three-hour daily radio show).
What’s next for Beck? You might be surprised. Then again…

Nothing Glenn does will surprise me. He is a man who is DRIVEN and he has good reason to be. I am glad he is out there and standing up for America. I hope millions more will stand with him as time goes on. He is doing something that most are not willing to do. And those who are willing, don’t have the resources he has to do. I say, God Bless Him!!!! I will stand with him if it ever comes to that.

Beck is fulfilling the destiny & purpose that God has in store
for him. The Restoring Honor Rally was an amazing example
of the transcendent message that has resonated so strongly
to all those Americans who are eager to see this country return to the principles & values that motivated the founding
of this nation.
Thank you, Lisa. As a Latter Day Saint myself, I recognize that we must always be careful who we follow and do so prayerfully. I have been watching and listening to Glenn Beck’s programs for some time now and he has never lied that I am aware of. He is doing so much good because he knows what he is teaching is true. I pray for guidance every day and I sincerely believe Glenn does, too. I know many people who are NOT Latter Day Saints whose lives he has touched in a very positive way with his programs. He is doing good and that’s what’s important.
Elizabeth, I thank you for your kind remarks also. Glenn is an exceptional human being and one I admire greatly. His values are my values also. I’m glad you also recognize this. We must all vote accordingly on November 2nd.
Yes Dottie, I do agree! I & my family are more than ready to cast our votes on November 2nd–we are voting ONLY for
those candidates whom we feel will best represent the values
& principles that we hold dear! Neither I nor my family, will
countenance RINO’s or any other “wolves in sheep’s clothing”.
Elizabeth, I TOTALLY agree with you. I despise RINO’s. If they are going to vote like a democrat, they need to be honest and go on over to the democratic party. I feel the same about both parties. To belong to one party just so you can “make your vote count” when you do not agree with that party’s tenets is dishonest. If you are a republican at least ACT AND VOTE republican values. I would far rather a person vote his values — that way I can at least say he is honest.
