I live in Florida. Jeb Bush was my governor. He’s part of Florida’s RINO-GOP establishment. For that reason alone, I wouldn’t vote for him. Want another? His brother George W. is not a conservative. He got us further enmired in bigger government with unconstitutional bloated government programs and saved free markets by screwing the free market. Birds of a feather?
Here’s a couple more — his mother, the estimable Pearled One shot off her mouth about Sarah Palin in a way that was totally unnecessary and pissed off the base. Big time. His father, George HW – the Ivy League blueblood RINO whose career in the CIA was unremarkable and presidency even less so. Like father, like son?
But that aside, even if all the above weren’t enough to convince conservatives that Jebby ain’t the man for the job, I have but two words:
Terry Schiavo.
While governor, Jeb could have put a stop to the forced starvation and murder of the young brain-damaged Florida woman whose husband tried to starve and dehydrate her to death for years.
Article I, Section 2 (“Basic Rights”) of Florida’s constitutionstatesthe following: “All natural persons, female and male alike, are equal before the law and have inalienable rights, among which are the right to enjoy and defend life and liberty. … No person shall be deprived of any right because of race, religion, national origin, orphysical disability.” The courts have failed to act on this clear right; therefore, it is incumbent and lawful for another branch of government to act.
Terry Schiavo. Let that burn into your brain once more. Jeb Bush/Terry Schiavo.

That’s the problem with all those Republican Progressives what they don’t realize is I would die before supporting another Bush or Christie or Gingrich or Romney as President. Better to let Obama win a second term and the country to turn to open revolt. These Rhinos make Obama, I despise them, they are one half the problem they like their Democrtaic allies do not believe in the principles of Unalienable Rights, either one believes or one doesn’t, there is no middle ground. I can have a dispute with someone who believes and come to an amicable solution but with the enemies of freedom there is no laying down with. Ronald Reagan said someone who agrees with me 80% of the time i can work with as a freind these McCains and Grahams and all Bushs’ every ill one of them never comes closer then 30% to the constitution so how can I ever work with them? At least with obama the evil is in the open, it is concentrated and easier to fight. ANd it stirs the individual to action. That is what the Tea Party is about, It may be time to destroy the Republican party altogether.

When I saw the title of the column, I thought of those same two words.
I just heard Jim Cramer on CNBC Street Signs say the Cost of doing business on Wall Street , in particular Financial firms i.e. Bank or Americas mortgage litigation , is they pay the Lawyers instead of paying the claimants that claim fraud , so how is this an inspiring notion its safe to invest??
How in the heck does a person feel confident putting their money in the hands of these kinds of companies IF when SHTF they just by their way away with the principle Investment funds with lawyers ???

Nobody mentioned Elian Gonzales or the Constitutional amendment to legalize gambling in Dade County that would never have happened except for Jeb’s veto or the high speed rail or the sell out to public sector unions or the insurance mess…..
