There is both truth and fiction. For someone to be licensed before a state bar they have to present a law degree from a reputable recognized school and they have to take a bar exam. If his law license is a fraud then they would have had someone sit in for him to take the bar exam. Barry gave up his license because he failed to declare his aliases to he bar.
