. . . . .
That’s right. They’re determined that the Constitution is NOT going to interfere with their plans…
The Democratic Governors Association is so concerned about presidential eligibility legislation being introduced in the States, they’ve written a letter asking support from its members. The carousel of lies spins faster and faster…
Margaret “Ducky” Hemenway, spokesman for incarcerated U.S. Army Col. and physician Terry Lakin, sent this along, accompanied by a note she received from a friend.
Ducky
The Democrats are terrified of these bills being introduced in the States that are designed to do nothing other than enforce constitutional requirements. So now they want to throw money at the problem? The democrats are acting out in a childish, defensive manner. It almost reminds me of a four year old that covers their eyes when they are afraid. Notice that this letter does not address any of the factual concerns on this issue, or the Constitution. It tries to draw attention away from the issue with shiny objects like “jobs” and “protecting the middle class”. What about protecting the middle class from fraud, treason, and an emerging “semi-official state media”?
I never thought I would say this, but not only is the supposedly “independent” media at risk of losing all credibility, but the entire Democratic Party as well… The way the democrats and the media are working together on this is not that far removed from the information control tactics of brutal regimes in the Middle East and Russia. Sometimes I have to pinch myself and ask if this is all just a bad dream. Are we losing the Country or will this all come out in the wash cycle of the next two years?

It’s a new low. No matter how many times it’s disproven, Republicans still embrace the dangerous conspiracy theory that President Obama wasn’t born in this country and is not eligible to hold office.
It’s just not true. But that hasn’t stopped Republicans in numerous state legislatures from introducing “birther” bills aimed specifically at undermining President Obama. And it hasn’t stopped Gov. Bobby Jindal (R-Louisiana) from promising to sign one of these bills. More and more states are considering these bills. In Indiana, radical Republican legislators have introduced a birther bill, and if it gets to Gov. Mitch Daniels, you know he will be under extreme pressure to kowtow to the Tea Party and sign it.
ENOUGH! Stand with the DGA today against these birther bills. The Republicans need to stay laser-focused on creating jobs and improving the economy, not supporting sideshow issues in order to score cheap political points. Click here to stop these senseless political games. Show Republican governors like Bobby Jindal and Mitch Daniels that you oppose these so-called birther bills.
Our country faces serious challenges, and we need governors focused on putting people back to work and protecting the middle class. Yet we still have radical right-wing figures like Donald Trump and Rush Limbaugh pushing these baseless accusations. Republican governors, eager to score political points, keep these myths alive by refusing to unequivocally say that birtherism isn’t true and that they won’t sign any bills trying to undermine our president. Since they won’t act, it’s up to us to make sure they know the American people are watching.
Click here to stop these senseless political games. Tell Republican governors like Bobby Jindal and Mitch Daniels to veto so-called birther bills every time and everywhere. You and I know that birtherism is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the extreme, hard-right agenda supported by Republican governors across the country.
Thank you so much for helping the DGA hold them accountable.
Sincerely, Colm O’Comartun
Executive Director
Democratic Governors Association

Each time there is any hint of resistance to this proposed “Constitutional Eligibility” legislation, it presents a HUGE opportunity to ask the knock-out question, “WHY WOULD YOU BE OPPOSED?” –
thus exposing their fear and perhaps their “knowledge” that something is very, very, wrong with their president.
Example:
Mom says, “Johnny, what are you hiding under your bed?”
Johnny screams and cries, “Nothing! And you are obviously crazy to ask such a question. This amounts to harassment and an illegal search and seizure, mom. Get help!”
Mom replies, “Okay son, I’m sorry.” and she walks away?
The Republican Party should have already exposed the OBVIOUS! As the Democ-rats are exposing their cards, what is the Party who is supposed to be representing us doing? Averting their eyes so as not to see their hand?
I have YET to hear any of the Republican spokespeople, be they Senator, Congressman, or Charles Krauthammer exploit this blatant leftist, Achilles Heal.
Somebody???

More explanation regarding Jan Brewer

When Brewer signed the immigration bill, I and many others contacted her and advised to argue failure of quo warranto and lack of eligibility of Obama, as one of defenses. I got in touch with her legal adviser. She refused to include it and refused to even mention eligibility, so it was quite clear, that she is under orders to shut up on this issue. I met with her legislative adviser.
There were a number of people at the meeting. He lead us understand that Brewer is open to eligibility bill, if her legislature passes it.
When the bill was passed by the legislature she didn’t even need to sign it.
This bill would have passed within 5 days, as long as it was not vetoed. Early sponsor of the bill Judy Burges asked Brewer for a meeting. Judy Burges wanted to know, if Brewer has any concerns, if any amendments are needed. Brewer arrogantly refused to even meet with Judy Burges and talk about the bill. She was not open to early discussion. She did not take any time to think. She refused to consider any amendments. She simply vetoed it at the first opportunity and her sidekick, the speaker of the house Kirk Adams abruptly ended the session within hours of her veto. It was a coordinated hatchet job, a hit job by the establishment, to kill the bill and not give the legislators any opportunity to override the veto. Brewer was in on it. She was part of the hit job.
A couple of people wrote to me, that she would have signed a better bill. No, a person who wants a better bill does not behave in such a manner. If she wanted some amendments in the bill, she would have met with the legislators, she would have suggested amendments, she would have kept the session open or scheduled an emergency session to pass it. No, she acted as a puppet of the regime. She had no intention to pass it, just as she refused to use eligibility in immigration bill. I suspect that she signed the immigration bill, as she knew, that without signing it, she will not get elected. The moment she got elected, she started vetoing bills right and left. There is some hope, that she will get back to her senses, as she is facing an official recall and she badly needs her base. If she does not do that, she will be attacked from both right and left and will lose.
