Andrew Bostom, author of several books, the most recent “The Legacy of Islamic Anti-Semitism – From the Sacred Texts to Solemn History“, and a guest on our program last Sept. 9, 2010, had this to say about Rep. Allen West’s remarks about Obama’s policy toward Israel in his latest piece “A Man Educates a Manchild—Allen West Responds to Obama’s Demands on Israel”:
For Obama, Islam is Third Worldism…
Perhaps that is why this Manchild Hates the Promised Land of Israel—certainly its Jewish inhabitants, and their government [6]—Israel being the only modern, fully functioning pluralistic democracy amidst a barren landscape of Arab Muslim societies and their fanatical theocratic, thugocratic, kleptocratic, and just plain lunocratic “governments.” But it is to these Muslim populations that the Manchild pays homage, while eagerly offering up as “tribute”—jizya—willing participation in the dismantling of Israel.
The contrast with Allen West’s staunch support [2] for Israel—sound both geopolitically and morally—could not be more stark.

These two couldn’t be more different on just about everything. They should have used the picture of Obama riding on a girls bike. That was really sweet. I would feel 100x safer if West was running the show. I would feel better if just about anyone other than Obama was running the show.
