Casalbuono asks:
How many marines/ special ops / navy seals does it take to remove a usurper?
VERY SIMPLE:
* IF any of our loyal, patriot military, who SWORE to UPHOLD our Constitution, care to uphold OUR LAWS by ARRESTING the enemy-plant… when will they ACT to PROTECT America from the enemies WITHIN?
There are enough illegal, fraudulent, forged, fake, federal crimes by this piece O’ crap, that should have had him arrested, jailed and tried a long time ago…
– campaign fraud;
– illegal donations;
– fake SS#;
– fake BirthCertif;
– fake Name; bribes;
– treasonous acts;
– aiding and abetting the enemies of the United States;
– conspiring to overthrow our Constitutional gov’t;
– undermining the laws as set forth in our Constitution;
– overriding the laws set in place to constrain the power of the office; criminal activities tied to Africa;
– illegal support of political parties in Africa;
– withholding information that is public domain and the right of all U.S. citizens to KNOW who they elected.
– Refusal to present documents demanded by courts of law;
etc etc etc
Just keep reporting the MASSIVE, Multiple Infractions of LAW – yet, where is the LAW on this one?
The law IGNORES the major VIOLATOR of the law… why ?
Our Constitution gives us the RIGHT to remove anyone for multiple reasons.
Now, just DO IT!

Obama is now violating the same 1973 War Powers Act he used to bomb Libya… Claims he doesn’t need Congress
Bam the dictator needs to be impeached. It’s time for the citizens, not the Obama-zombies, to demand that Congress take action against Obama and his dictatorship. The dictatorship is claiming it does not need Congressional authority since the U.S. role in Libya is “limited.”
Fundamental transformation = Progressive Dictatorship!
ABCNews reports:
In an effort to satisfy those arguing he needs to seek congressional authorization to continue US military activity in accordance with the War Powers Resolution, President Obama wrote a letter to congressional leaders this afternoon suggesting that the role is now so “limited” he does not need to seek congressional approval.
Neither the U.S. Constitution, nor the 1973 War Powers Act, grant Obama the power to attack another country without conditions. This administration is openly ignoring constitutional law which gives Congress the power to declare war, not the sitting President of the U.S. However, this administration is refusing to call it a war and hides behind the “kinetic military operation” branding to trick their weak-minded followers.
When you bomb another country and they shoot back, that is a war. Then again, we all know how progressives love to change definitions.
“Since April 4,” the president wrote, “U.S. participation has consisted of: (1) non-kinetic support to the NATO-led operation, including intelligence, logistical support, and search and rescue assistance; (2) aircraft that have assisted in the suppression and destruction of air defenses in support of the no-fly zone; and (3) since April 23, precision strikes by unmanned aerial vehicles against a limited set of clearly defined targets in support of the NATO-led coalition’s efforts.”
Notice how the dictator left out the bombing of Libyan soldiers and tanks? This war was started under the pretense that it was for a “no-fly zone.” I never knew any ground forces or tanks that fly.
Also, this “NATO-led coalition” is led by a U.S. General and most of the air sorties have been carried out by the U.S. Just more lies from the lips of Obama.
A senior administration official told ABC News that the letter is intended to describe “a narrow US effort that is intermittent and principally an effort to support to support the ongoing NATO-led and UN-authorized civilian support mission and no fly zone.”
“The US role is one of support,” the official said, “and the kinetic pieces of that are intermittent.”
Support would be us loading the bombs. We are planning, loading and dropping the bombs.
From the beginning of the U.S. military intervention in Libya, the Obama administration has cited the 1973 War Powers Act as the legal basis of its ability to conduct military activities for 60 days without first seeking a declaration of war from Congress. The military intervention started on March 19; Congress was notified on March 21. Those 60 days expire today.
Why did ABC fail to report that Obama didn’t go to Congress to get their authority, as required by the U.S. Constitution?
Imagine the outrage the lefties would have had if this was being done by President Bush. This is a clear violation of the U.S. Constitution and the 1973 War Powers Act used to drop bombs on Libya. If anyone was looking for an impeachable offense to get Obama out of office, here it is.
