The team of Mike Vanderbeogh at Sipsey Street Irregulars and David Codrea at Gun Examiner broke the story last winter, and fed it to Sharyl Atkisson of CBS. Vanderboegh and Codrea have a direct pipeline into the ATF via the agency’s informers. It took the duo months of writing about “Operation Fast & Furious” — which they nicknamed “Gunwalker” — to get anyone in the media to pay attention.

Now it’s out there and the so-called “news” operations are crawling all over it. Credit Vanderboegh (“Dutchman 6”) and Codrea for bursting this story wide open, for truth, justice, and the American way.
