The National Defense Authorization Act – detaining Americans

Constitutional expert and public speaker KrisAnne Hall (formerly assistant state attorney in Florida) was on our radio program last Tuesday, March 13th.

Today she has produced a video explaining the controversial and alarming Sections 1021 and 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

“Congressmen all over the nation have defended their vote in favor of these sections in spite of the criticism that these sections allow the President to detain US Citizens indefinitely.  These Congressmen have said over and over again, with great vigor, that these sections specifically exclude US Citizens.  They justify their position by quoting language from these sections that many experts, from all across the political spectrum, believe to be vague and potentially dangerous.”

  1. Every politician who voted for this law should be voted OUT OF OFFICE in their VERY NEXT ELECTION, Democrat and Republican alike…NO EXCEPTIONS…PERIOD.

  2. All politicians lie. It’s one of the two essential attributes of anyone running for federal elected office which the money powers who run this country look for and insist upon to fund their campaigns. Thus, don’t think that it will be sufficient to vote all incumbents out of office. The whole system is rigged and corrupt to the core.

We can be sure that every one of these politicians won’t be there arguing for our release when their jack-booted thugs come to haul away U.S. citizens under the NDAA.
