From our legal team yesterday – some observations on timing for the Obamacare decision:
§ 15-17 Supreme Court cases still in the queue with no decisions yet handed down
§ 2 decisions came out this Monday, none on Thursday
§ Only 3 Mondays remain in the term for those 15-17 decisions
§ Less and less likely that Obamacare would come out on Thursday June 21 – too much in the pipeline
Current Best Guestimates:
Most Likely: Monday, June 25
Second Most Likely: Thursday, June 28
