Flaccid is a word usually used to describe a penile condition that affects older men or men with a physical dysfunction. In short, a flaccid penis, one that despite applied friction and wishful thinking, just won’t perform. It lies there like a limp worm.
And that, in my estimation is a pretty good description of Chris Wallace. I’ve been describing him as a “worm,” in my Facebook posts, but even that — “worm-like” — missed the mark. However, “Flaccid” rings the bell.
